RE: Thank you for your exceptional care in treating my son on Thursday, November 30, 2017.
Dear Dr. Seigerman:
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the exceptional care you gave to my son John Ambriz. My son indicated that the surgery was not painful. He only experienced some stinging sensation and numbness. You thoroughly and patiently explained to John and me that you would decide which of the three methods you were thinking of using and wisely chose the one that was most appropriate for this procedure during the surgery of his left-pinky-finger, you inserted a few pins and cast to insure no movement and a speedy recovery. With the help of your Physical Therapist, Isabell at Institute for Hand and Arm Surgery - 33 Bleeker Street Millburn, NJ 07041, on his first visit after the surgery, Isabell made a plastic mold cast in the office to make it much more comfortable than the original cast to wear everyday to help with the healing, and with the help of Physical Therapist Maria at Institute for Hand and Arm Surgery, 620 Essex Street, Suite 202, Harrison, NJ, she made plastic splints to help keep his pinky finger straight while he is at home or sleeping, my son has regained the use his left-pinky-finger again. I'm confident that he will continue to heal and recover well. You were genuine, warm, caring and your spirit was evident that you truly are a great doctor. I would also like to thank Dr. Rosemary Yi, who works in your group of doctors at Institute for Hand and Arm Surgery, for assisting you with the surgery and the Harrison Endo Surgical Center.
Thank you again for examining John immediately on such short notice. What was most memorable, is that you came right out of his surgery to reassure me that it all went well and you were pleased with the procedure. That made me feel so much better. During that week, I was so very stressed out about what had happened to John. With only little-time to make immediate and important decisions, I'm glad that you were part of his care because you understood my concerns. Please extend a thank you, on behalf of my son and me, to Pririna Ghiorzoto, of Essex Street, Suite 202, Harrison, NJ 07029-2134, for being so helpful to both of us.
I'd also like to thank Dr. Rose Mary Yi, Dr. Matthew Suchy, Nurse Barbara Foksinski, Nurse Anna Paninello and Nurse Sonia Flacavanto, from Harrison Endo Surgical Center, they were all so wonderful to John. Your Staff was very professional, efficient and above all warm and friendly. I really appreciate that they took good care of John. Our over-all experience was very good.
We wish you all the best in the future. We couldn’t have chosen a better office or surgeon.
Pamela and John Ambriz

My dad went to see Dr. Seigerman when he was suffering from shoulder pain. He wouldn't stop bragging to me about how smart Dr. Seigerman is and the amazing, loving care he received at his office. I know my dad can be a difficult patient, so I'm extra grateful for how well he was taken care of. His shoulder is feeling so much better now! Thank you, Dr. Seigerman!

My experience as a patient with Dr Seigerman
Words cannot explain the great positive experience I had under Dr Seigermans care.
It was Presidents day February 20, 2017, I had a serious accident with a power saw and cut through my thumb on my left hand. Bone fragments on my basement floor. My wife and daughter rushed me to Morristown Memorial Hospital emergency room.
The experience at Morristown Memorial Hospital was excellent---nurses very attentive and helpful. Dr Seigerman was the hand specialist on call and he drove in and met me in the emergency room arriving in ~ 20 minutes.
He spoke with me and clearly explained the options to save my finger and insure the best possible use of my finger again. We decided to clean the area and temporarily sew up the finger and make a hard cast to stabilize the finger until we can set up a time for a proper operating room.
On Thursday February 23rd I went for the hand surgery. I was a little nervous walking in, but the people were all superb. They all made you feel comfortable from the receptionist checking us in to the nurse reviewing my history prior to surgery to the nurses and anesthesiologist in the operating room to the post op nurses---all excellent.
Due to the nature of the cut and depth, during the operation Dr Seigerman decided to insert a pin and cast it to insure no movement and a speedy recovery.
I had three subsequent visits to the Milburn office and everything is on plan.
The new molded plastic cast made in the office (much more comfortable than the original plaster cast) was removed at each visit and inspected to verify no infection and healing was on track.
Thank you to Dr Seigerman and his top notch staff (Madeline, Robin, Perina, Malke, Cherisse and others that I apologize for not remembering their names) for all the respect, courtesy, support and help through a difficult experience.
Dr Seigerman has a great bedside manner, very demanding of his staff (the professionalism shows) and is a fantastic surgeon.
Dr Seigerman is a gem among gems, glad we have him in NJ.
Thank you for saving my thumb!
Hope to be texting next month with two thumbs and playing golf this summer.

From the moment I entered Dr. Seigerman's office with a painful trigger thumb I was treated with excellent care by his friendly, professional staff. My surgery went perfectly at their Harrison facility. The staff there was also excellent and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Daniel Seigerman.

On Wednesday November 23, 2016 my husband cut his 3 fingers on the his left hand with a table saw. His ring finger was dead and Dr. Seigerman did emergency surgery until 3 AM on Thanksgiving morning. So far my husband has been able to keep his fingers. Thank God for Dr. Seigerman and his team. If you are in need of a great doctor or surgeon I would highly recommend Dr. Seigerman group.
