Amazing value and great service

Great prices and courteous service. Simple, without any extravagances that you end up paying for in the bottom line anyway. Great place if you are looking for something done professionally without all the additional frills.

Worst Facial Ever!

I went there for a facial this pass Saturday, December 26, 2009 . Not sure what she was doing to my face, but it was painful. When I told her of the pain, I was told beauty is pain. I now have a scab covering my whole nose. I would never go back!

Kinda Lame

Asked for eye lash time - blue black. Did a very bad job and did not use blue black. I call back to get it done again but only if they had blue-black and said that blue-black was not available which is not true. So not only did she lie the first time and tell me she was using blue-black, they were even too lazy to order it for another application.

Did not honor my appointment

Very clinical space, almost like a doctor's office with many examining rooms, must be pricey for them to lease it. But there's not much staff or activity there. I had made an appointment for a certain time and, when I got there, it took a while for anyone to answer the door. Then, when I was finally buzzed in, the woman who had buzzed me in told me to come back in a little while. She looked a little harried, like she was the only one there. I walked around the block for ten minutes, then called from my cell to see if I should come back. She told me to wait another 45 minutes. Who has time for this? I will not be making an appointment at this place again.

best bare bones spa

This is my go-to spa when i need services without any real pampering. It's small and short-staffed, but they do a GREAT job with their services. I've had massages and facials and they've all been much better than Bliss. They don't have gourmet snacks and tea while you wait.....but you also don't have to wait.

Good deal, but not a great experience

Overall - I was happy with the value. But, I couldn't believe that the masseuse kept answering the phone during my massage (not exactly relaxing). The facial was nice, except for the fact that she left me sitting in the cold room for 20 minutes while the mask set. Also, not really the best atmosphere. If I had another coupon, I may go again just beacuse it was a great deal. But, not exactly something to write home about.
