So, I went to Circa with my buddy who loves the place but I didn't. Here is what i didn't like:
1. The cesear dressing is not cesear dressing
2. On the salads you get only 3 free toppings and that doesn't inlcude tuna.
3. there is no chicken topping for you salad.
4. Its at lease $1.00 more for a salad then anywhere else.
5. Cashiers are slow and bad at math (sometimes this works in your favor)
6. Crowded seating area
7. there was a baby crying near by
8. Got a panini there once and they put it in the brick oven they have there and it came out cold.
I'll probably go again just to complain about the place. Hope, this helps!

We order from Circa every single day due to the lack of Kosher restaurants in our area. I have to say that the customer service is nothing but a NIGHTMARE and possibly the worst in NYC. Every single order has some sort of problem ranging from the delivery guy having no change to coming HOURS late (and I am not exaggerating!). While making the order or calling to check on your order- you are put on hold by EXTREMELY RUDE people- usually about 3 times. They will not even let you get a word in! The managers are nothing but rude and unhelpful- I've complained several times about time of delivery and they seem to know NOTHING. One time I ordered at 10:00 for a 1:00 meeting - the order came COMPLETELY WRONG. When I called to speak to a manager- she apologized said she would ""rush"" it over after explaining how important the meeting was- every 30 minutes I called to check on the order and she constantly assured me that ""it was on its way."" Well, at 3:30 I spoke to a different manager that told me the order would not be coming and Circa was closed for Shabbat. I don't even understand??? Could no one have told me??? I'm appalled by their lack of concern for such poor service. The food is below average and definitely not worth the stress that comes with the service. By reading these other reviews, I know that I am not alone. If you aren't forced to order from Circa like we are- go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration!!!!

I have consistently come back here for lunch because the food is good, but they truly some of the rudest cashiers I have ever encountered. The cashier on the left as you're coming in is inexplicably impolite, last time shaking her head and rolling her eyes for no apparent reason. When I questioned it, you can of course imagine there was no answer. Really professional behavior. Up front, another exhibit of bizarre behavior, when the cashier inexplicably handed my credit card to the bagger to hand to me, when she could have just handed it to me directly. It's almost as if they're on a mission to make you feel uncomfortable enough to never come back. Mission accomplished, cashiers.
