Dear Administrator,

I wish to introduce to you my name is Rev David Seremba Sir retired Anglican/Episcopal Priest Turned 78 Years on October 30, 2010-Originally from Uganda. Currently I am retired here in San Jose California as a Permanent Resident of California State. I am a Holder of a US Green Card for the last 9 Years.



Unfortunately, I got a Heart attack and went through Hospital Surgery (Procedure) Twice and Doctors Opened my two Veins.



I have one more Vain Surgery- Procedure to go which is confirmed to be on December 29, 2010 at the Valley Medical Center –Main. Down Town San Jose California; to this point I appreciate the efforts rendered to me by the Doctors to reduce or stop my quick death caused by cardiovascular disease.



For the last 7 Years, up to this moment, I have been under medication for (Chest Pain /the High Blood Pressure treatment) and now under recovery. (Thanks are to God for his Miracle and Mercy showed to me)



Unfortunately, my wife a retired elementary School Teacher, and I, are disabled; she developed the disease of Arthritis and is preparing also for Surgery early next Year after her 71st Birth Day Anniversary on Jan 1, 2011



Both of us have no Pension Income; we cannot accept any job placement due to our inabilities. Since we worked in Uganda for most of our 22 years of service as a Parish Ministers, and one year in Germany; where there were no Pension Program by then we have been together in Holy Marriage for the last 54 Years and born Again Christians.



OUR SUPPORT:

We have been supported by some family Christian Family and some of our children.



On top of this we have been helped by the State of California by “Medicaid” for Senior Citizen’s Program.

Because of some daily needs we need some additional funds to help us out of our urgent financial needs? During this critical and testing with many challenging times of our retirement as African American Residents.

SOME UNIQUE POINTS REGARDING OUR GRANT REQUEST OFFER: Why would a granter pick me instead of someone else? What sets me apart from other donors?

“ My wife and I are Senior Citizens, retired with no Income, yet with some disabilities while have served the Public in practical, physical as well as spiritual services as church retired Ministers for the last 53 years in life time of our calling full filled very well both in Africa and some few years out -side Africa, including the USA in the field of education helping placements of International Students in different Colleges and Universities in the USA and outside the USA-I worked as the President/Founder for a None-Profit Organization known as the "Ssanyu Youth Aid International" Completed my Mission & Youth Ministry successfully as unique personal efforts and achievements through which more than 250 students graduated from lower levels of 1st -12th Grades up to higher levels of BA to PhD Degrees in different Majors in different countries. I did all this as a Volunteer, without a Monthly Salary.”
