Roy and Joe provided the most pleasurable car buying experience ever. I received a level of service that was above and beyond anything else I've ever experienced. My gratitude and admiration for these gentleman can not be expressed in enough words here. Not only did Roy pick out the perfect car for me, he helped me find a car that wasn't on my radar and I'm forever greatful. In the future, I will no longer be able to purchase and other automobile besides a BMW/Mini because of these gentlemen and all my purchases will be at Manhattan BMW/Mini for the rest of my life. This is a no BS review, Go down there and ask for Roy or Joe, they got your back.

WORST BMW DEALERSHIP EVER! They lie and hold your car far longer than they need to. They wait until the last minute to do any work to the vehicle and most times return it semi fixed. The service reps do not call back and if you decide to hold the line, the receptionists hang up on you or never return to the line. THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL GET YOUR CAR BACK ASAP IS IF THEY GIVE YOU A LOANER. I was given a loaner once while my breaks were being serviced and received a call within 3 hours stating that my car was ready. (BTW in order to get a loaner you must reserve weeks in advance which is totally ridiculous). The time before, I waited three days for the same service. I stopped servicing my car here but retunred this time because I did not have time to drive all the way to New Jersey in order to get decent service. This service department is an embarrassment to the BMW brand.

I purchased a used Harley Davidson motorcycle with 3,000 miles on it described as Excellent condition with no issues at all. After spending over $1400 in travel costs to get the bike and ride it home, I get there to find a motorcycle that is rusty, scratched, and has dents. The motor paint was flaking as well. Live and learn, but I wouldn't recommend buying a stick of gum from BMW of Manhattan!
I was later contacted by the dealership with an offer of cash for me to remove my negative feedback from Ebay that I left for them. Can you say corrupt?

Peter is a great salesman. He was extremely helpful and ran through everything I needed to know about the car. The whole dealership was very kind and helpful. I find it great that the service department is located I'n the dealership and I do not have to go far for it .

I worked with Peter Wohl who I met through his wife, and he treated me with such professionalism and courtesy. He went out of his way to get everything done for me, and get me the car that I wanted and love. Manhattan BMW has great service. Joe Rocker has always gotten my car fixed quickly. Peter Wohl was incredibly patient and shared a great deal of information with me about everything from the quality of construction of the M5 and X6 to the trained technicians at Manhattan BMW. It is apparant to me that he has a true love of not only the product he sells but the dealership he works for. He truly made me feel welcome and hoped that he would be able to welcome me into the happy family of Manhattan BMW customers very soon. He even offered to pick up my car if I ever had a problem getting into Manhattan since I spend most of my year in New Jersey. When I asked him why he worked in Manhattan instead of near his home in New Jersey, he told me there was no comparison in quality between the dealerships in New Jersey and Manhattan. I believe him. Thank you for a great and friendly experience.

I recently brought my car in to be serviced at BMW. Overall it was an excellent experience. Not only did Doug offer to drive me to work in the morning he was waiting outside my job for me when I was done. My car was repaired and to my surprise super clean!! I would recommend BMW of Manhattan to anyone. Thank you Doug!

I would recommend this dealership. Mr. Daniel Micu, the Client Advisor, was patient enough to explain to us various options offered. As this is our first car in the US, he helped us went through all the process and answered all our questions. The service provided is excellent.
Grace was very pleasant when i initially called the dealership with questions. I made a trip into NYC just to speak with her in depth regarding switching over to bmw. She sat with me and answered all of my questions, presented me with options and i ended up walking out of the dealership with a new lease contract on my 2011 x6. Grace was again helpful when i needed documents emailed to my insurance company, and emailed the documents over immediately. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

I found the salesman to be very helpful. He spent as much time with me as I needed, answered all of my questions and did not try to pressure me into purchasing a vehicle. Negotiating the price was also easy and pleasant. The actual purchase and pick up of the car took much less time than I have experienced at dealerships for other car brands.

Milan was exceptionally professional and kind. He really worked with us to get a good price on the truck. He saw my partner and I at late hours in the evening and stayed longer to see us long after his work hours. Milan also assisted us in the registration process from NY to Mass which can be complicated. He is very well versed in the BMW products, and demonstrates a boat load of knowledge. He is a great guy. And although I'm living in MA., I will be back to this BMW dealer, to purchase my next vehicle from Milan.

I was so pleased with the amazing customer service David Tannenbaum displayed The entire experience was enjoyable and I would absolutely refer my friends and family to Manhattan BMW and ofcourse David. Dave was a great listener and always conducted himself in the most profession and courteous manner . Dave has set the bar so high and I will definitely be returning and do business with Dave.
