Woolsey & Her Daddies love Biscuits & Batg

Woolsey our dog (daughter) is now 3 1/2 years old and has been going to day care here since she was 4 months old.

I can leave her and have peace of mind that she is safe , loved, and well taken care of by the team. Best of all she is tired when I pick her up at the end of the day. You know what they say ""A tired dog is a Happy Dog""!

We have done agility training there which was such much fun for Woolsey and her parents. She loved it!!
I highly recommend Biscuits and Bath.

Happy we found B&B

I have been taking my dog to Biscuits and Bath since he was a puppy and have had very few problems (outside of a case or two of kennel cough, which is extremely common for puppies and his breed). He has grown up with the gracious, friendly and dog-loving staff at various locations throughout the city, but most frequently the Tribeca location. Although I am not there with him all day, I know that he has a great time because he comes home exhausted from playing all day and is always excited whenever we go back.

I became increasingly dissatisfied with Bailey's previous daycare facility and was looking for a new daycare that would give the proper care and attention to my four legged friend and family member, Bailey while I was at work. Bailey and I attended ""Meet the Breed"" last year at the Jacob Javits center and luckily bumped into the Biscuits and Bath table. We brought Bailey in for the day as a trial run and when he came back - he was exhausted and happy! Our dogs 2nd home

I cannot rave enough about the level of service provided by B&B. We are customers at the Tribeca location. We initially had used another dog walking service and had to solicit for feedback from the walkers, even while dealing with a young puppy who had numerous medical issues (giardia, UTIs, etc.). B&B's level of service could not be more opposite. They provide daily feedback notes for us indicating our puppy's disposition, whether she relieved herself, whether she was given water, etc...all of the relevant details an owner would want to know.

We have also used trainer Tamar for a few in-home sessions and she is immensely knowledgeable. She also attends their complimentary puppy play groups on Thurs nights and provides useful insights.

Finally, the customer service folks that answer calls for all of their locations are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and return my calls and inquiries promptly. David, in particular, has been incredibly helpful with service and rewards points usage recommendations, as well as coordinating very flexible care post-her spaying procedures.

All-in-all, B&B is a first-rate business based on my experiences thus far.

Happy Biscuits and Bath customer

We have been customers of Biscuits & Bath for almost two years. While they are not cheap, time and time again I am reminded that we get what we pay for. I have not experienced any issues with injuries, cleanliness or my dog being left unattended. Quite the opposite - my dog has been accommodated many times when I have made special requests, and even when I haven't. The Tribeca location in particular has very friendly and helpful staff who clearly love the dogs. B&B is a great option for people who don't want to leave their pet at home alone all day.

Perfect Fit

I strongly DO recommend Biscuits and Bath... We found out about this amazing company /service when my daughter was sick and I was unable to take our young dog to the doggy park- (which, being a NYC dog - had been the high point of her day....)
What a revelation it was for our dog and our family. Now instead of an hour of great doggy time and the rest of the day lying around an apt , she plays all day long, and gets the attention of humans who are there to shower her with attention and love-
Though i often was home, as I am a stay at home mother it was not that she would be left alone all day, but it is a very different thing for her to be with humans that can focus on her. As well as with her canine friends.
Additionally, a sad fact of city life is that one cannot take ones dog and ones child to the same park. And as a parent of a young school aged child, before we found Buscuits and Bath, my daughter had to sit in the dog park with me a good deal of the time, instead of getting to play with other children. I hadnt realized how big an impact this had on her till we started Buscuits and Bath full time. Also, Because i didnt want to leave our dog at home alone, and wanted her to get out as often as possible, I would bring her to the school to pick my daughter up, but then we were restricted in where we could go.... now we can head strait to the monkey bars.Or a play date with a friend, or for a snack in a local eatery....we dont have to worry about bringing the dog home first and about not wanting to be out all afternoon so our doggy wont be left alone...
The other thing i want to say is that I have found dealing with all the employees, on whatever level - from the folks behind the desk to those in with the dogs to the animal lovers who came to walk Jenny when she was home sick (for no additional fee- ) to those in administrative positions to be unusually attentive- and animal loves all. On the rare occasion that we have had an issue arise -we found our concerns were taken seriously, and reacted to in a singular and proactive manner.
Also, it is our experience that our dog is safer at Biscuits and Bath where they do their best to insure that all dogs be up on their vaccines- than in the doggy park, where they dont. (They have a vet on the grounds who can provide this service if you cant get to the vet every six months.) Also, the doggy park was filthy. Maybe hosed down once a day but as it was used as a doggy latrine by dogs whose owners were not always considerate or focused on what their dog was doing, I consider that to be yet another huge benefit of Biscuits. There if, i dog does relieve him herself inside, there is someone whose job it is to immediately clean it up - with soap and water...
I honestly cant say enough about how huge an improvement , in all our lives , this company has been.

We like it more than our dog does

I'll start by noting that this review is solely for the Tribeca location - I haven't tried the others. My dog has come to this location every day during the week for six months, and everyone at this location is really fantastic.

The people at this location, from the management down, all seem to really care about my dog. Some examples of the great things they've done for us: I always ask certain questions when I pick her up, and now they're always ready with answers before I even ask. They've waited for me when they know I'm going to be a couple of minutes late to pick her up. They call me if we haven't come in for a few days just to make sure things are OK with my dog (and she's on a monthly package rate, so it's not like they're calling just get the extra rate for that day). I could go on, but ultimately, the main point is that I don't feel like my dog is ""just one of the dogs"" to them. This location seems like the perfect mix of corporation and small business - corporate enough to be a smoothly operating machine, yet small business enough to know me and for me to know most of the people there.

I will also specifically note that with respect to the additional holidays charges that one commenter has talked about, I have no idea if that review was for the Tribeca location or another, but for the last six months that I've been coming here, there are signs printed out and hung before every holiday AND the staff has asked if we'll be coming in on the day when the holiday rate is assessed to make sure I know about it.
