I have been bringing my dog to Biscuits and Bath since he was a puppy and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is clean, and my dog pulls me to get there every day! They even have a vet that sees my dog if he needs his vaccines updated! Great business all around!

I started going here with my puppy about a year and a half ago. He loved the puppy groups so.
The free puppy playgroup from 7 to 8 followed by a small dog group 8 to 9 is a wonderful thing.
Then I attended some small dog meetups there. I loved them a lot. The manager left B&B, and the woman who held them could no longer hold them here. I miss them at this location very much. I have had to go to other places, and am happy just sticking with B&B for all indoor puppy fun time.
I now have two 1 year old dogs and a pup. I go faithfully every Thursday to B&B. For the puppy hour, there are trainers you can speak to with questions and such. My dogs won their Halloween contest and my dog Cosmo had a free month of daycare. I am not really a candidate for daycare, I keep my small chihuahuas with me most of the time. I missed him too much. He did learn how to walk up and down stairs while he had his day care, which he had issues with. So that was very cool.
I suggested a friend bring her 3 year old chi to the puppy group, and they didn't turn her away because her dog wasn't quite a puppy. My dogs have been there through puppyhood and beyond. When they are too sedate to play with puppies, they can go to the adult group only. This is a great way to socialize your puppy and or older dog.
Thanks, B&B. Chester, Cosmo and Georgia are fans.

It?s been 2 years later and we?re still in love with B&B! After thinking that daily day care was getting a little excessive, I decided to try out a dog walker (not associated with B&B). My dog, Archie was getting ?walked? for 2 hours a day yet somehow over a course of 5 months was getting a little tubby. When I came home from work in the middle of the afternoon one day I say how my dog was being walked and what was filling up those 2 hours. He essentially was getting pack walked with 5-6 other dogs. His walk mainly consisted of going from apartment to apartment being tied up to a post with the other dogs while the walker dropped off/picked up other dogs. I decided he had to get back to Biscuits. I couldn?t have made a better decision! When we came back, it was like we never left. Everyone welcomed Archie and was so happy to see him. He didn?t miss a beat and has never looked more fit. The staff couldn?t be friendlier or more accommodating to our needs-whether it?s an unexpected late night drop off, collar issues or updates on recovering boo-boos. The staff is tremendous! Plus, the handlers taught him how to give paw: each side, up high and down low!

Woolsey our dog (daughter) is now 3 1/2 years old and has been going to day care here since she was 4 months old.
I can leave her and have peace of mind that she is safe , loved, and well taken care of by the team. Best of all she is tired when I pick her up at the end of the day. You know what they say ""A tired dog is a Happy Dog""!
We have done agility training there which was such much fun for Woolsey and her parents. She loved it!!
I highly recommend Biscuits and Bath.

My dog and I moved into the city a little over 2 years ago, and I was very concerned that she would have difficulty adapting, as she had spent the first 4 years of her life on Long Island. I made the decision to try Biscuits & Bath for her doggy day care based on the recommendation of a co-worker, and I have never regretted it for a second. B&B takes excellent care of our dog. She uses the transport, day care, grooming and vet services, and I have been continually impressed with the level of care, attention, and love that the staff show day in and day out. Also, they have helped us out with alternate arrangements such as walks on a coule of occasions when our dog was sick and couldn't go to the facility. My friends tell me it's better than their child's day care. Your dog will thank you.

Actually, Biscuits and Bath was my dog's first home, as I adopted him from B&B at age 5 months. He's lived with me for over a year now, but we use the West 13th Street location for day care, vet care and training. The staff there is tops, knows each dog and its personality, very loving toward the animals. Very organized and friendly, too. It isn't cheap, but it's great if you can afford it.

Our dog Jack has been a regular at BB for almost 5 years. The staff here are like family to us by now and they have always treated us accordingly. The people there are always cheerful, accommodating and pleasant! We love Tierra form the front desk, Rachel the manager, Jason (one of the handlers) and more!
Our dog has several behavioral issues but at BB, they never made us feel that those were problems so slowly, with the help of the staff, our dog started overcoming his quirks.
The bottom line is that without BB, we would have had to give up our dog a long time ago. We are very fortunate to have found them (a block away!)

Carlos, Miriam and Ellen at the Tribeca branch of B&B are fantastic. I could not wish for nicer people to walk our Sharpei. He waits by the door for them every morning and evening and gets so excited when they arrive.
I have total trust in them. Highly recommended.

Feivel and I have been frequenting Biscuits & Bath's Greenwich Village location (W. 13 St. near 6th Ave.) since July of 2010, when he was just a 5 month old puppy.
While he does go to some of the dog runs in the vicinity, this is one date he hates to miss, and it's absolutely free.
There are some regular dogs that he gets along well with...
Plus, a trainer is always on hand for the puppy hour from 7 to 8 PM to answer questions or address puppy issues.
Feivel is no longer a puppy, but he's still a small dog. He enjoys attending both sessions, with the hope that he'll get to play with Chester.

Our pup Brooklyn normally attends Biscuits and Bath's 38th street location. However, my spouse and I were traveling abroad the week before Labor Day and Brook was boarding. After making every attempt to get back to NYC after hearing about Hurricane Irene we found ourselves stranded in Prague. And there were no flights available for four day! Needless to say we were freaking out and very concerned because all our friends had left NYC and we didn't know if Brook was goign to be safe. Two days before the tropical storm was to hit Manhattan we recieved calls from Tierra at Biscuits going over their preparations (storing extra water, dry packing food, taping windows, flashlights, etc.) On top of all this we recieved a call with an update during each night of the storm, daily photos on their website, and ... I was beginning to wonder if Brook was even going to want to come home. With that said, Biscuits and Bath is family and we would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. They can be a little difficult to reach sometimes but are very thorough and detailed care providers.
