I usually don't write reviews, but this place is really great. The service is amazing, prices are very reasonable especially for its prime city location, and most importantly this place offers a warm, home-like atmosphere that surrounds you from the moment you enter. It's best to make an appointment, though they do take walk-ins. I never had to wait more than 20 minutes. Overall excellent salon; highly recommended.
Great salon, outstanding service, definitely get way more than what you pay for!
i live in queens and dont usually go to the city to do my hair. i just happened to be in the neighborhood and wanted to try a new look. Julie and Steve were quick to make me feel right at home with their hospitality. Julie did an amazing job on my hair, complete with, color, high lights, cut, and blow dry. i was so excited about my brand new look. got tons of compliments at work the next day. even referred many coworkers, who didnt regret the trip into the city. her work was so good that my regular stylist was impressed with the color, and that says a lot!! i actually went back there again to get my color touched up and blow dry for a party. this time Zhanna worked her magic on me. overall, i highly recommend this place!!!

The name of this place should be changed into ""Worst Cut Hair Salon""
This is absolutely the worst experience I ever had to get a haircut. The hair designer doesn't know what she is doing. anyone on the street could do a better job. I can't bear to look into the mirror now and have to go to another hair salon to redo it before I go back to work.
When it comes to the price, DO NOT be misled by the sign outside the store ""$18.95 for shampoo and haircut"". I was charged $49 for the worst Bob Style I ever got!
