Crispy duck with pineapple fried rice is a great cuisine. I enjoyed it in Alpha Fusion. Last month I visited this restaurant with my friend. The atmosphere was very pleasant when I went there. I like to eat crispy and spicy dishes and my friend also enjoys this. So we give an order for crispy duck with pineapple fried rice. The crispy dish of the duck skin was well cooked and it was giving great flavors of green onions and pineapple. It was amazingly crispy and it was served in an attractive way. Everything was awesome!
Last week I ordered Sushi Masaru from Alpha Fusion and got quick delivery service. We both enjoyed a lot on the day and also eat this delicate food. Now, I love to order the dishes from Alpha Fusion for special occasions. Thanks Alpha Fusion for offering these quality foods!
This is third time I visited alpha fusion but this time every thing is changed. First I have visited services was slow food was good but not too much. But this time I was surprised every thing was perfect, Food was great Specially Homemade pan-fried chicken dumpling, Crispy chicken and Spicy Tuna on the Pringles.

I had the single worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant/bar at this place. Let me explain why.
We went in, sat down at the bar, and ordered our drinks. The bartender/owner, Henry, served us. The second after we got our drinks, his wife presented us with a check and said ""I'll take that whenever you're ready."" We were surprised, because we'd expected to stay a while and maybe have another drink. After about five minutes, she came back over and said, ""Have you taken care of this yet?"" Her tone made it sound like she was a teacher disciplining a student. We said no and asked her when they were closing. She replied that they were already closed. She had the coldest attitude possible, like she was a police officer talking to a suspect. We were pretty annoyed already but tried to make the best of the situation. I put down my credit card to pay, but nothing happened. 10 minutes later, after I came back from the restroom, I found his wife in an argument with my wife and talking to her in a very confrontational way. The issue was that they had already shut down their payment system for the cards, and were now blaming us for the problem. I asked his wife why they hadn't just told us they were already closed when we walked in. She didn't have an answer. She just started demanding that we pay and telling us how they have business hours and that they were now closed. In essence, we were being kicked out of the place after less than 30 minutes--before we even finished out drinks, and we were causing her so much trouble by being there. It was unbelievable and was the exact opposite of customer service. She didn't care how rude she was. She just wanted to get our money right at that second and wanted us to leave. It wasn't just that she had disrespected me, but the way that she was talking to my wife. I feel really sorry that Henry has to deal with her.
Please save yourself this kind of harassment and go to any of the other hundreds of sushi places in Manhattan.

Love this place! It's a hidden gem near Penn Station. The food is delicious and always fresh. Love the Sunday Night Bartender. I've become a regular now on Sundays just for her since she keeps the place lively and is always ready to serve me another drink!
But I will return to Alpha any day of the week since it's just that good! Seriously what a great find that Alpha Fushion!

Was just here on a Sunday night with a big group of friends. The sushi was so fresh. They have cool and creative dishes like spicy tuna tartlet (served on pringles). Ask the bartender for a big red lemonade- its not on the menu but it will knock your socks off. Yum!

OMG I am not a big sushi fan. I had the greatest experience at this restaurant. The manager is cool as hell. The service is excellent and the food was awesome and prices are reasonable. You must try the kc roll and ask for the henry hook up which is brought to the table in flames (literally). I live in nj but it is only a train ride away. I will surely be back. I thank henry and the staff at alfha fusion for their supierior hospitality and i wish you them all the best.
