Through a strength based approach and intensive case management, we help families and individuals develop the positive coping mechanisms and self-sufficiency skills they need for greater stability.
Towers Food Service at NY's Bellevue Hospital is the best hospital food that I have ever experienced. It is reasonably priced, fresh, delicious, "home cooked", and fast! What more can you ask for? In addition to the wide selection of standard "Greek diner" fare, are some exceptionally creative international selections that change daily. For example, one unusual dish I tried was this incredible turkey rolattini that consisted of fresh turkey rolled around stuffing, with cranberry sauce in the middle. I thought if sounded disgusting, but after ordering it at the waiter's suggestion, I was ooing and ahhing, no exageration. I commend the chefs! If I had $$$, I'd steal them away (don't get any ideas)!
As a mother, I want the best for my daughter, and that’s exactly what she got when she worked with Doris. This was my daughter’s first time looking for an apartment, and I was afraid that she would be taken advantage of and be pushed into selecting an apartment that was too expensive. Thankfully, LoHo Realty is an honest real estate company, and working with Doris confirmed this. She took great care of my daughter and ensured that she got exactly what she was looking for. Doris walked us through the entire process, leaving nothing out. Now, thanks to the excellent service we received, my daughter is happily living in her own apartment at an affordable price.
I was supposed to stay at 145 Mulberry, but the building was being renovated so I was temporarily moved into a building they have located at 48th St. Both buildings were really nice, but once I finally got to Mulberry I fell in love with the location. It was really cool. I never spent much time exploring downtown but it was great. It seems like there is a lot more culture and a lot less touristy stuff. I would definitely stay at their Mulberry location again.
I had a fairly positive experience with these guys. I had to find a nice safe apartment for my daughter who just got a job in Manhattan. We found the building at 521 W 48th street to be suitable and clean. The apartment itself seems to be pretty much brand new and everything is in working order. The rental process was pretty straightforward and the management office is in the building where she can bring her check each month. I would recommend to others.
I would take negative reviews with a grain of salt. This has been one of the most accommodating and kind management companies I have ever experienced. I have lived in their upper east side location on 65th for the past two years and it has exceeded my expectations. Eva Mateova was super helpful with the entire process and very responsive via email/phone. You definitely get high quality for the competitive prices they offer so definitely consider Mautner Glick!
I have been going to Sunflower Traditional Center for years and I just wanted to take a few minutes to sing their praises. First of all, there are a lot of shops like this in New York. But, this is the shop with the most friendly practitioners and the best selection of herbal remedies. They really seem to care about you, which makes them more enjoyable than the big name, big business alternative medicine centers in town.
I’m a tenant at 145 Mulberry Street and have been very pleased with the building and location. I thought the building looked really good before, but they are almost done with some new renovations to the lobby, hallways and a few apartments on the lower floors. Sure, no one likes living in a construction zone, but they got things done pretty quickly and it’s starting to look really nice over here.
This review isn’t so much about the apartment, but about the location of the apartment. I stayed short-term at 145 Mulberry and it was awesome. I did not want to leave. We loved exploring Little Italy and SoHo. It was so much fun! The last week we were there they were setting up for the San Gennaro Festival - I wish we could have been around to experience that too;( We’ll be back though!
Once a year I have to go to Manhattan for my work. I always stay with these guys. Usually I book a studio in their Mulberry Street building, but this year they were booked, so I stayed in Midtown for the first time. It was all the way out on 10th Avenue, but I wound up really liking the location, but will try to book a little earlier next time to get back in the Mulberry building.
