The parcel they sent for me to Europe got lost. Not their fault. But: First I had to call x-times to get a tracking number; later I had to complain x-times (personal and on phone) that they would do a search for the lost package; they never called me back, the promised they would reimburse me but they never did. Never go there again!
This place is HORRIBLE -- new management!Left my packages sitting on the floor for 3 days! Had to go take them somewhere else. Save your energy, there's a post office and UPS drop off not too far from this location.
I drop off a package for USPS and they lost it and they say they are not responsible for that because was for USPS, I cannot bealive how iresponsible this people are
I was a customer for more than 3 years. On at least 10 occasions I have been given someone else's package. There were a few times that I did not realize this until I was at home. One time a computer, that I could have kept, was included in the packages I took home. The problem seems to be the succession of teenage employees that seem to be more interested in personal cell calls and whatever is playing on their headphones or whatever text is coming through. There is a total lack of supervision which has resulted in many errors. I recently gave up because the poor service has cost me time and money.
