There is a gentleman named Donald Braswell who studied there several years back. About eleven years ago he was in Wales riding his bicycle on his way to sing but was in a serious accident. The soft tissue in his throat was damaged and the doctors said he would never talk again let alone sing. Donald is now singing on Americas Got Talent and we are all mesmerized by his awesome voice. Thousands upon thousands have voted him back each time there is an elimination. I have not heard such a beautiful voice in so long. Not only his voice, his demeanor is, well, I don't even know how to explain it. He's humble, yet strong. He's caring and appreciative yet out to win. We all know he should win this competition, hands down!!!! We, meaning we, the now thousands upon thousands of devoted fans of his, think he should win. I am asking all the students and the faculty at the school to listen to Donald sing on Americas Got Talent on Oct 1st on NBC. Hear for yourself how fabulous his voice has become since the accident. We are asking for you vote for Donald. He is your alumni and trust me, you will not be disappointed. I send this message this way because the school obviously taught Donald how to sing to his highest potential. We who love him so much thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Most graciously, Carol Canter
I went to AAPT (personal training school in Boston) back in January , I spoke with Ben from admissions , I told him that I was interested in going to school at AAPT. I told Ben that I was dyslexic and told him that I needed special accommodations in order to attend the school. He promised me the world what ever you need ,what ever you need , so I signed up. But a week before school started (5 months later) I sent Ben a e-mail , with an accommodation letter that needed to be signed, for some reason there was a problem they did not want to sign it.I just wanted to make sure I received the help they promise me. It's really kind of sad I really wanted to attend the school, talk is really cheap, when he came down to sign the paper to make sure I got the help I needed there was a problem. I also email Harry Hanson the owner never got bad to me which i think is sad,and they take money from Mass Rehab.
I consider ABI a very good barbering school where I felt safe and in a professional environment atmosphere. All the teachers are experienced barbers themself and explain the sessions in a clear detail manner. They let you learn as you practice and there is always a staff personnel near you to assure you your work is done correctly. They have several programs that offers flexible hours and programs that will supply all the tools and equipment with the registration and admition package. I strongly recommend this school to anyone who don't have any type of experience as well as those who do have but are looking to apply for their state license as a barber. Top in their class if you ask me.
Touro College is a place where you can get the best bang for your buck in education. Class sizes are relatively small so their is more interaction with faculty. The school is very pro-student so any concerns you may have are taken care of in a fair and equitable manner. In fact,in my experience, the faculty usually go out of their way to insure students succeed. This is a top quality school where you must put in the effort to learn, they do not give away grades. If you like small classes, friendly students and a top quality faculty, this is the school for you.
Simply a wonderful place to go . They saved my eyes and the eyes of my children when other professionals in this field could not get it right. I have been going now for over 10 yeas to them and NEVER disappointed. This includes the staff there are so helpful and kind. They use the state of the art equipment. The eye is the only sense tht is a muscle and can be trained. Thanh you so much
I had a wonderful experience at Christine Valmy. I recieved a facial for under $30.00! Let me just say this....I have had many facials but this one by far (although it was through a student) was FREAKING AMAZING! I would recommend to all my friends (those on a budget and not) to go in for a facial. My face feels and looks so much better. Oh and try the mask too!
Went in there as a client first(very good facial and overall experience),signed up for an esthetician course and about to finish it soon. What can I say?Very good school,clean,well-maintained,instructors are great.Just a great place to study and get facial
