While the chef presentation was supposed to be a core part of the experience, it was hard to pay attention too long as most were very detailed but not that entertaining. If you are very into cooking high end food, it may not be boring but for me it was hard to pay attention very long. Like I said before the only one I listened to fully was the chef that presented the "peaness" dessert. He was very funny.

These are professional as well. They always do the right job. They are great and fast. I love their real estate work.

Brooks was great to work with when finding our new apartment. He was always available to answer any questions we had and got us approved very quickly. Reed was great at the lease signing. He explained everything and made sure we understood what we were signing. I would recommend using this company for your next home!

There is unsightly graffiti all over the outer building side facing Broadway. The building management has been notified repeatedly for weeks, yet they have done nothing to remove this eyesore to the neighborhood. So, you have to ask yourself, would you want to live in a building 1) that looks like it belongs in the projects or a trashy ghetto?, 2) where maintenance complaints go unanswered and unresolved for weeks at a time?, and, 3) where your safety is compromised because roof access is not secure on the 2 story commercial building next door, which allows thugs to climb up and deface the buildings upper floors dangerously close to apt windows/access??? And, yes, Eagle court has done nothing to secure that situation either, which could be as easy as having a "dead" fire escape on the dumpy store removed so thugs couldn't climb up in the middle of the night and have dangerous access to all the back apt windows. The building management's negligence and indifference is disgraceful. Allowing graffiti to remain so prominently on the building, creates a feeling of unsafety and lawlessness in the neighborhood. For what they charge to live there? SHAMEFUL!

Steve Appuzi Realty was very helpful in obtaining a nice apartment for my daughter and her friend, and the broker Reed Wrisley was quickly responsive to questions and issues in getting the lease and the apartment squared away. We had a great experience with their office, after having nothing but the run around and lack of communication with other brokers in the city.

We've had the pleasure of living at the Meurice for the past several years. Spacious, nicely finished apartments in a beautiful building. It is convenient to just about every subway line in the city and only one block from Central Park. Absolutely wonderful staff, highly responsive management and the doormen feel like family! We would highly recommend this building to anyone looking to move!

Scam artists. Do not work with these people. The agent sent psychotic texts all evening because I refused to meet him at his office. There are other bad reviews on yelp
