Despite confirming an online reservation, Carmel forgot to send a s.u.v. to bring 7 international travellers visiting my home to an airport located 60 miles away (app. one hour and fifteen minutes away without traffic). A mere twenty minutes before the s.u.v. was due to arrive, Carmel called to say that two smaller cars would be sent instead of the larger vehicle if 1) my guests paid substantially more money; and 2) they agreed to wait AT LEAST 75 MINUTES after the scheduled pick up time for the two cars to arrive. It was apparent that Carmel didn't even have two cars available at the time because we were never told that any cars were dispatched to our location. We were simply told that Carmel "would try" to get two cars to us if we waited while the customer service representative we spoke to (Justine) attempted to make alternative arrangements. Although Carmel presumably sends cars to airports daily, Justin seemed unable or unwilling to understand that international travellers can't board a flight if they arrive at the airport only 30-45 minutes before departure. It was as if he just wanted to make a record that Carmel offered an alternative so it could evade liability if my guests weren't permitted to board because of their late arrival.
This was the best b day I ever had and I thank tony for it. I booked this party bus the day of my party and tony worked with me to find the best price possible, the bus was beautiful inside and outside. My drivers Jessie and Mike were the best, they were both chilled, they were professional, helped me with anything I needed, I enjoyed my service and I will definitely recommend anyone to use there company.
I come to the tri-state area multiple times a year and this is the limo service I prefer. I've used several companies in the past for business related trips and been mostly dissatisfied. Sunshine is a company that's easy to work with and always delivers on standard of quality.
Please do not use their services never ever. This company owes over $2000 to my husband who had been working for them as a driver. He received 2 small amount paychecks; the checks were returned by the bank and the fee was charged. We has been calling them every single day now for a while; they transfer the calls to Mr George, who is not available to pick up; we left him a million of voice messages, he never called back. Last time I was transfered to some rude lady who told me that Mr George is away and she does not know when he is coming back that is bs. Next step is I will make this company very famous and leave feedbacks on every possible social media and file a complain with 311 and take them to court (either Small Claims or Department of Labor).
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst experience ever! The driver was 20minutes late, I had asked for ice to be in the limo and it wasn't there. Once we were in the limo, the driver stopped at a gas station for half an hour and used the bathroom. The whole service felt very unprofessional.I emailed 3 times explaining my disappointment (all I wanted was an apology) then finally 2 weeks later I got this reply:Hello Brienne, You didn’t receive an answer for your email because there is nothing to answer to that.Our chauffeur stopped at the gas station to buy ice for your company, and you are aware of that.He used the bathroom at the gas station, he is a human being, not a robot. We cannot say anything to the driver, we cannot tell him not to use the bathroom.After that your friends were standing in line to use the bathroom. We have a video registration on the vehicle and it records everything what is going on in front of the vehicle. The price was the absolute best. This limousine service experience was very pleasant . I will not use any other service in the future. Driver took it easy on the hwy, he helped us out getting out of the car, offered drinks, etc. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a polite chauffeur and immaculate car. I had the greatest evening.
This was my first time using these guys and i tell you it wont be the last. When my Girlfriend was coming from Thailand for a week long getaway with me here in Brooklyn, I wanted to make sure we had a great time and to start it off i got in contact with Royal and told them i wanted someone picked up at the airport and to put a twist on it i would be waiting in the limo as a surprise. The limo driver was really professional and looked amazing :). He already knew the deal and went inside to get her and when they came back and he opened the door for her, her face just lit up!!!!!!! This was a first time for both of us and it was a day we would never forget. The limo was spotless clean, I am talking really clean. The atmosphere was really relaxing with some soft music playing like we was in a world of our own. Thank You.
We used this limo company for a service to the local Airport. It was a surprise to our children. You can just imagine their faces when they saw the limo pull up and stop in front of our house. Our whole neighborhood turned out to wish us a safe trip. Our driver was on time and wonderful. You can't beat the price! Thanks .
This was our first time using a limo service, and spouse and I were so thankful that Franke was there to pick us up and drove us around! The experience was very fine one. Car smelled good and that is the main thing that we worried about. We are planning to use them in the future when we are in town.
Very unprofessional dispatcher and rude drivers.. I called for a car service yesterday morning.. Told the dispatcher I was waiting for the bus and bus taking too long. The unprofessional dispatcher told me they don't pick up people waiting for the bus and hanged up on me. I had to call lower east side car service.. They came within minutes with no problem. Besides the severe back pain and the nasty dispatcher.. My day was just peachy.. I recommend the lower east side car service.. Way better then the Delaney car service.
