Awful experience, went to buy shoes for my child in my neighborhood shoe store and wish I never did. The owner is offensive and upsetting.
I was given a room that I was told was suitable for three adults with two toddlers. Upon entering, we were shocked at how small it was, as I had to squeeze between a bed and the sofa. The convertible sofa was intended to serve as my bed It had a convertible sofa that had no springs left, so we were left to crowd the five of us onto two queen size beds. The closet sized bathroom could not possible fit two individuals at once, so bathing the boys was a real challenge. When I brought up these issues with the manager on day 2, he said he would look into it. I never heard again from him during our five day stay. One day we had some left over pizza in our room, but no place to throw it away. So we piled some other garbage on top of it in hope of housekeeping to dispose of it. On our return about twelve hours later, all of the garbage was sitting on the table where we left it... and the room reeked! One evening I asked a friend to meet me in the bar for a beer. This being a college "club", I expected the environment to be high spirited and cheerful. Instead, it was cold and dark, and the bar tender never once made eye contact with either of us.Breakfast was a buffet run by some pretty friendly people, but it was identical day after day. By day 3, the family refused to eat it.About the only highlight was the doorman. Very helpful and friendly.I was surprised when I returned home to realize that the club (that I had just joined so that I might try out the accommodations) had billed me for an entire year's membership, plus "initiation" fee.... together $1200... in addition to $2100. for my five nights. $3300. for five nights in a dark and very cramped hotel with awful service. That's extremely disappointing.
:-( Kids are supposed to be learning chess, not playing video games on computers. As for activities, there are better places.
What I love about this shoe store is the level of commitment they put into customer satisfaction. Their staffs are great and the store is amazing.
Good stuff. I hadn't been here for years and was dying at the talent showcase the other day, I will definitely be back next month to see Joey Diaz.
This place is an experience! I've never seen anything like it. If you have a loved one who has a shoe addiction, this is the place to go! We spent hours in there on a recent trip to New York with our 14-year-old. It's not the place to go for good bargains. You will find cool retro Jordans and such! You have to get over the sticker shock and enjoy the experience
Great shoes excellent service even after I returned the shoes a refund was given. I returned several days later with my wife who actually had to ok the shoes. She found what she wanted me to wear the salesman was very patient as he had to deal with both of us. I shall return.
If you love shoes, there is no other place to be than here! The items for sale are really cool and affordable. Highly recommended.
We went with our timeshare and it was a very pleasurable experience. Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable mattress, nice and helpful people at the front desk, main entrance and concierge areas. Blocks away from Central Park and Times Square. Hundreds of restaurants to choose from. We will be back
I always prefer to buy Nike shoes - perfect option for me feet. Go there if you are looking for a good pair of shoes and excellent service
