That so called company is a FRAUD!!! I placed the order, paying 3 time more for the shipment to have it express overnight delivery.I was amazed to find out it shipped with regular USPS mail 3 days later.From the moment I found out I try writing mails to their customer support and call them and found out that company has NO customer service (never got reply to over 10 emails I sent them) and their phone lines never occupied and dozens of voice messages I left just being ignored.The sim cards just arrived this week, over one month since I placed the order with express over night delivery (!!!) and till today, still no word or no answer from that company mails and support.Only when I try to dispute my transaction through PayPal I was so amazed how fast they answered PayPal and refuse to accept the claim, saying it was delivered already.STAY AWAY from that company - they are fraud with no support and no customer care at all.BE CAREFUL!!!!!!

I have bought the plan for 39$ with simple mobile, included unlimited calls and texts and 2 gb of 4g Internet. After activation simple mobile said me that I have no internet on my plan at all. Plan with calls & texts only worth 25$... So they just took additional14$ Add from me for what? I needn't plan without Internet
Don't use this company, they rip you off . I purchased 2 international sims and ended up paying twice because they didn't activate the credit on them. Terrible or none existent customer service, save your money and go else where
A way for wasting money! Avoid USA SIMS!Very bad experience with that site. I bought an AT&T Unlimited SIM Card ($19.95) plus all calls free for 1 month and 2 GB ($50+$10) and $15.95 for international shipping. Grand Total $95.90!!!The SIM arrived relatively quickly the problem was it had only 35$ in it, instead of 60$, They stole me 25$!!!I tried to speak to them in any way. By phone, by mail and by chat via their website. I had no reply.My advice? AVOID THIS SITE!
They were unable/unwilling to get the California TeleConnect Fund Subsidy that we are eligible for. When we lost our E-Rate subsidy and they knew we would have to leave, they increased our invoice by 25% and then refused to release the lines. They kept dragging their heels, month after month until another month would go by and we would have to pay another inflated bill. Their accounting is very inaccurate and they double billed us one month. They do not take electronic payments, and then claim that a check sent in the mail takes two weeks to arrive and process. Did not like working with them.
