One of (if not) the best quality for music restoration in New York. Thanks to the Jambox team, these old records that I gave them sound even better now in this new format!

I called today to obtain brochures for an upcoming trip to Lucerne. I mentioned that I would like restaurants included. What an unexpected surprise I received! The person on the phone with me, Celiane, told me she lived very close to Lucerne and included two restaurant suggestions she highly recommends! I was so excited with my phone call and how wonderful your employee is to speak with!
I was given a room that I was told was suitable for three adults with two toddlers. Upon entering, we were shocked at how small it was, as I had to squeeze between a bed and the sofa. The convertible sofa was intended to serve as my bed It had a convertible sofa that had no springs left, so we were left to crowd the five of us onto two queen size beds. The closet sized bathroom could not possible fit two individuals at once, so bathing the boys was a real challenge. When I brought up these issues with the manager on day 2, he said he would look into it. I never heard again from him during our five day stay. One day we had some left over pizza in our room, but no place to throw it away. So we piled some other garbage on top of it in hope of housekeeping to dispose of it. On our return about twelve hours later, all of the garbage was sitting on the table where we left it... and the room reeked! One evening I asked a friend to meet me in the bar for a beer. This being a college "club", I expected the environment to be high spirited and cheerful. Instead, it was cold and dark, and the bar tender never once made eye contact with either of us.Breakfast was a buffet run by some pretty friendly people, but it was identical day after day. By day 3, the family refused to eat it.About the only highlight was the doorman. Very helpful and friendly.I was surprised when I returned home to realize that the club (that I had just joined so that I might try out the accommodations) had billed me for an entire year's membership, plus "initiation" fee.... together $1200... in addition to $2100. for my five nights. $3300. for five nights in a dark and very cramped hotel with awful service. That's extremely disappointing.
Not a pleasant shopping experience there， really poor service, store owner stared at you without any smile or words . 3 ladies were there but whole store was dead quiet. Never go back again
:-( Kids are supposed to be learning chess, not playing video games on computers. As for activities, there are better places.
A wonderful wine store. They have excellent wines at every price point. The French wines in particular are outstanding. I have been a customer for years, and have never gotten a bad bottle. I used them for a wedding with over a hundred guests for three days: the wines and their prices were great. Many guests gave compliments on the wine.
Good stuff. I hadn't been here for years and was dying at the talent showcase the other day, I will definitely be back next month to see Joey Diaz.
Just awful! You go to a tourist office because you have questions. You want to engage with the office, find out what they know and you don't. The internet lets you ask for brochures, but it doesn't offer conversation and human contact like a tourist office does... er... should. This tourist office has NO ONE THERE. It's not even possible to visit! When you go, the man at the building desk gives you a phone number. You call the phone number and get a recording saying, "We are unable to take visitors." It's horrible, and everything a tourist office should NOT be. We learn by asking, replying and asking something else. We cannot learn here.
We went with our timeshare and it was a very pleasurable experience. Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable mattress, nice and helpful people at the front desk, main entrance and concierge areas. Blocks away from Central Park and Times Square. Hundreds of restaurants to choose from. We will be back
