the school is being run like a jungle with the co Director Ms. Liz whom seems to not know anything when questions are being brought her way. As for long-term decisions Ms. Yolanda whom is a executive, has no relationship or understand to the kids in the school. She is just making rash decisions so she wont deal because she has other meeting to attend they pertain to the business and not the moral of the staff or parents. Both Ms. Liz and Ms. Yolanda came up with a plan on moving forward with my child and when it came down to delivering they fell short on what they said they would be able to do and within the second day of my child being back he was terminated. My child was only in Ms. Crystals class for two weeks, he wasn’t even giving a fair chance. Some of these teachers lack the ability to have patients, involvement, participation, and engagement with these children. They either don’t have the experience or the wiliness to what children need. Before I left a seen a very small child with a big blister on the top his head that fell under their watch. My message to Ms. Crystal, Ms. Liz and Ms. Yolanda take the time out to really understand, engage and don’t write people off because you feel like this is to much work. This is childcare, children are nothing but work.

Owners were very helpful. Helped me during what could have been a very stressful time. They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.
Absolute worst care. Reputable nanny agencies won't charge if the nanny leaves within six months. These have a six week period. So if the dud nanny they provide quits after 7 weeks then you are screwed. Agency is only interested in money. The service appears to be good until you have a problem with the poor nanny they provide and then they want you to pay full fees for them to rectify their mistake. Stay clear.
TLE has been amazing since we started. The teachers are warm, friendly, and attentive to the needs of all children. The facilities are safe and secure and I always trust that they put the interest of my child first. Highly recommended to anyone looking to send their child to school downtown.
My daughter has been at TLE for the last year and we absolutely love it there. We love the director, Jessica, and have been thrilled with the teachers. When we were touring daycares before/just after she was born I didn’t pay any attention to the curriculum because she was an infant(!!) but it’s been a surprise and a joy to see how much she learns at daycare. For example, “Eeeshy” (fishy) was a very early word for her – funnily enough the curriculum theme that month was “Under the Sea”. We also didn’t set out thinking our child would learn infant sign language, but it definitely came in handy before she could speak. And she LOVES music class. The staff are warm and loving and the halls are filled with proud displays of the children’s art projects. I also like that the center has its own small private outdoor play area – a luxury in Manhattan. On a practical level stroller parking is much easier than some of the other daycares we toured – a small thing but nice nonetheless. In short, we love TLE. Choosing childcare is a personal thing, but we are thrilled with TLE and I would encourage anyone considering daycare to stop by and tour.
I highly recommend TLE to any parent. Our daughter has been at TLE since 6 months old. We experienced a few other daycare centers because both my wife and I had daycare benefits through our employers. From the first day TLE has felt like home for our daughter. TLE feels like we are leaving our daughter with family rather than a daycare. We became very close to the teachers in her first classroom Miss Dominique and Miss Jeanie. There is no question that our daughter is loved by her teachers at TLE. TLE's curriculum has enriched our daughter in many ways. She loves music class (often sings songs from school at home) and has become a sponge for new words! We are constantly amazed by what she has learned at school. The administration and director of the school have been great, we're kept informed of her day and are able to keep in touch through phone, email, or text. We often receive candid photos of her day; which brightens our day.
We love TLE! My 4 year old son wants to go to school in the morning… seriously…what beats that.. The staff is great and the other families are awesome. Being a single Dad…. being a part of this community.. makes it just a little easier… Dad
My daughter is in the Pre-school program and we could not be happier. The teachers and staff are wonderful. Here the classroom is not just for play but has a consistent curriculum as well. My daughter is having fun and learning, too! I would highly recommend The Learning Experience to any family.
Nicole L. My 3 year son is so happy here. His teachers are excellent and take so much care in handwriting weekly reports home so i know what he's learning each week. The curriculum is also impressive - in less than a month my sign is writing his name and drawing happy faces.
We've had our child in The Learning Experience for about 3 months now and have nothing but great things to stay about the teachers and the other parents. Everyone is really nice and invested in the development of the children. I'm confident that our child is breezing through each one of their milestones due to the teachers' commitment. I'll never forget our first tour of the facilities where we saw a classroom filled with children quietly eating *broccoli* together to infants in another room all sleeping at the same time. We knew it was the place for us, and haven't looked back since.
