Jesus Christ AIR!!!!!! I WENT THERE TODAY AND A BITTER LOOKING OLD MAN BARELY GAVE ME ENUFF AIR TO GET WHERE I HAD TO GO. KEEP IN MIND I DO HAVE A PETAL ASSIST BIKE, AND I CALLED THE SHOP BEFORE HAND CAUSE I CAUGHT A FLAT AND I BEEN HERE BEFORE AND I KNOW THEY DONT DO NOTHING TO E BIKES BUT ALL I NEEDED WAS SOME AIR. THE man on the phone was totally different from the guy in the store even tho they was the same person. When I get there the rude guy just put a little in I can understand that but he was soooooo rude to tell me "that's all you going to get" VERY RUDE GUY REALLY PISSED ME OFF . PKEASE DONT GO HERE THERE IS ANOTHER SHOP NOT TO FAR AWAY WITH BETTER SELECTION and unruly people
The technical support here when it comes to bike repair is amazing. They give you an idea of the situation of your bike and then they provide what only is needed.
I went here to look for an affordable bicycle and that is what I just got. I am sure that you will appreciate the service that these guys offer.
Nice shop. It is clean and the bikes are displayed that you can see the price when you are shopping. Spare parts are also sold here.
The second-hand bikes they sell are almost brand-new in terms of quality and appearance. I almost did not recognize that they are used bikes.
The attention was a great experience, energy, knowledge, and professionalism is unstoppable. Thanks
Fantastic service, Danny is the man with the bike repair plan. I have no doubt my bike won't get the best attention it deserves. Bravo.
I live a block away from Echelon Cycles and almost every evening I pass the bike just drooling at all the road bike. Since this summer, I've been on the search for a new bike. I'm fairly new to road biking and I've visited many bike shops browsing and inquiring. To my surprise, I found most bike shops dismissive or poorly knowledged in their merchandise. Over the weekend, I went into my neighborhood bike shop for a browse and found the staff very friendly and helpful, further educating me on the various types of frames, components, wheels, and even proper cycling apparel. I could tell the staff all loved the sport and had ample knowledge. I left Echelon Cycles with my new bike and big smile knowing I made the right decision. Thanks for all your help!
