Outstanding service! It was really great coming into Dyanna Spa for the very first but still received the best customer experience i have had so far during a Spa session. I got hair removal and also a massage. the staff are really professional and friendly. They handle your skin with care and gives great tips on skin care too. I really had a great time here and will definitely be going back again.
Great prices, I purchased my girlfriend a Brazilian wax for an early Christmas present and she was very pleased with the results. Overall a great place and easy to find. I recommend it to anyone looking for great service at a very reasonable rate!!!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt obligated to voice my opinion about my manicure/pedicure experience from Dashing Diva at 105 W 72nd Street.I can't say it was horrible, the salon is clean and the music is okay. The pedicure area is only a bench, no massage chairs, but it wasn't uncomfortable - just not worth the price. It's the service that is lacking. The pedicure left rough spots on my feet, which is strange because I don't have rough feet to begin with. Then during the massage, to have the same spot repeatedly rubbed while the pedicurist moves your tendon over your arch bone is a very unpleasant experience. It showed the lack of education this pedicurist possessed. I don't wear nail polish, so that was a service the woman who performed the pedicure didn't have to do. Half the work, products, and time for the same price plus soar, rough feet? Not my idea of a good time!The same with my fingernails. I don't wear nail polish, so she didn't have to provide that service - again, half the service, product, and time. She did patch up one of my nails, but with products I brought with me, not at the salon's expense. The manicure was okay, but seemed rushed - it took about 10 minutes if that. And there are still bits of cuticle that now the nail oil has worn off, need to be trimmed.Now it comes time to pay. I didn't plan on complaining when seeing a few things I would have done better myself. I just wanted to get out of this place. So I pay and give a 15% tip because it wasn't worth even that. I always overtip, but I've started truly analyzing the service I receive and have started tipping accordingly because over tipping when someone does a bad job sends the wrong message.Do you know, the woman had the audacity to tell me I had to leave 20%! I looked at my nails, then back at her and gave her 22% and a farewell look that told her she was a piece of trash. When she said goodbye, I just thought the only thing good is that I am getting out of here!
The charge is unreasonable!! I had chair massage for 30 min, the lady told me is $28.00 but after I added 10 more min they charge me for $42.00. I don't get it, because 45 min only charge $40.00 why 40 min they charge more than 45 min? When I asked the lady, she told me that's the case. No any explanation.
Went into this New Salon to inquire about prices. It took probably about 4 mins for the receptionist to even acknowledge my presence. Apparently, the personal call was more important then a new customer. Finally, I was able to inquire about cut and style price. The look and Tone of response made me feel If You Have To Ask Price You Can't Afford it. If the first person you see and talk too represents salon, well need I go any further. BOTTOM LINE: In my opinion, this salon THINKS they are on PARK AVE, with the prices they are charging. It certainly was a NO BRAINER to NOT GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THIS SALON. I met Joseph at the Ronald McDonald House in NYC where I was recovering from surgery, & he told me to stop by when I felt better to get a haircut that would help me cover my scars. I finally went to book my appointment & mentioned to the lady at the front desk that I met Joseph at RMH. I asked for the price for the haircut & she surprisingly told me that it would be "free or a small charge." So I got my haircut, but I was nervous bc the last time I got a similar haircut, it looked awful. The hairstyle ended up looking nice. Obviously I was happy thanked him tons. Before I left, I asked the front desk once more for the price, & was told it's free. Obviously I was really happy and grateful! Who wouldn't be? Two days later, I called his salon because I wasn't able to get my hair looking like it did when I left his salon, so I thought, why not call to ask for advice? He picked up, & I said I loved the haircut, but would like advice on what he did to style it at the salon bc my hair was being extremely unruly. His reply was rude & condescending, telling me "it's just hair" & that I'm "crossing the line" by asking for advice. He insulted my character (telling me that he was insulted that I was nervous at the salon), and said that he was too generous for doing my hair for free- something that I NEVER asked him to do at all or implied that I wanted. He claims to love his clients, but only if they throw him enough money. His generosity is a facade. I've been to high end salons, and have called those places for advice, product recommendations, etc, and they were all very kind. Joseph was not professional over the phone & acted as if he was above me. He didn't have to do my hair for free. How could I have known that getting a free haircut meant he would treat me as if I were less than him & his other "beloved" clients? His attitude went from kind & professional in person to nasty & condescending over the phone- a shame. He crossed the line.
