The owner has always been extremely helpful. Gives a good rate on the cost. When I've stupidly run out of propane he makes sure the crew gets there within hours. He and the crews have always been very ethical in their dealings with me.

After filling my motor home propane here countless times, the owner informed me that I needed a $20 extension to fix my “broken” receptacle on the bus. He said he has filled mine personally many times and would not attempt to even connect his hose when he said my receptacle was broken. I told him I would get a second opinion, and Walkers Feed on 75 in Willis looked at it, said it was fine, and filled it up with no problems. I have had it filled at Walkers 3 times since, all without any issues. B and S propane will unethically rip you off selling you “fixes” that you do not need.

I was in a hurry and decided to give the owner a second chance, so I pulled up to get it filled. He made a stop motion as I pulled up, so I stopped. I opened the door and as soon as I stepped out he said “I ain’t gonna fill it, I didn’t like your attitude last time.” I don’t think getting a second opinion qualifies as a bad attitude. The owner just did not like the fact that I caught him trying to rip me off by selling me a part I did not need. THEIR PROPANE IS CHEAPER AND THEY WILL NOT ATTEMPT TO SELL YOU PARTS THAT YOU DO NOT NEED FOR YOUR “BROKEN” EQUIPMENT LIKE B AND S PROPANE DOES.
