I bought a car there in 2013. I took my car back for oil changes as required. This last time a man came out took me in his cubical and rudely said I needed the more expensive oil change. I said I have been bringing my car here since I bought it and I have never been told that. He snaps at me and said read your owners manual. I said you should have told me the first time I brought my car in. So I started to leave. This arrogant manager comes out and and insincerely listens to my complaint never even looking me in the face. He offered to rotate my tires if I got the oil changed. I went ahead and took him up on it. I doubt they did it. This time a girl wrote up my ticket. While sitting in the waiting area I see the rude man call the girl from the next cubical. I see them laughing and whispering in the phone. I walk over to her door and I hear him say OK.. Gotta go. They both hang up. She sees me standing in her doorway and I said we're you just talking to him. Pointing at the jerk. She said.. Uh..no. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in the car business. After this day I will never go there again.
