This is the second Chevy I have purchased from this dealer and my experience was as good or even better than the first time around. John Reilly, my salesperson, is excellent to deal with. He is very knowledgeable about the cars, various options etc and does not push anything at you. He presents the options, works with you regarding best price and then lets you take your time to make a decision. I will definitely buy here again

Service is professional and timely. The motor clothes staff are there to help in any way they can. Their parts department is well stocked and the staff really know what works best for you. Even the GM Kyle has an open door policy and is always willing to discuss with you any concern you may have. I feel as if I've found a home away from home at Empire Harley Davidson. I give only two stars because of the finance department, Stephanie Burnman is the most dishonest and rude person, just because I would not agree to pay $285 a month for my harley, she took the papers off from her desk and kicked me and my family out of her office, Kris Leid was able to lower my payments, but when i went back to sign the contract, I asked Stephanie if my payments were going to be what Kris said, and she said yes, when I got my first statement it wasn't it was actually the $285 we never agreed, on top of that she showed me the bank statement and it does not have my signature, all she said was "all signatures are electronic" and I reply, but if I am in front of you why you never showed me that bank statement? she never reply back. please be aware of that person Stephanie Burnman, I will take legal matters in hand to report this so no one else gets robbed the way it happen to me.
What a great place! I was looking for a new Camero while visiting some relatives. They took me to this place and I was very impressed with my experience with them. My sales person John was really nice and I didn't feel pressured or like they were trying to push me into payments I couldn't afford. They are even a Vet's car dealership and recognize servicemen and women! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
