Unnecessarily rude, nasty, offensive, ripoff. I'd lost my e-cigarette and had to buy another. this shop didn't have much of a selection, but i was desperate. i asked if there was a vape shop nearby, but the owner said there was none (the Glass Room, I found out later, is 1/2 block away). I was nervous about buying the $55 e-cig kit they had, because he told me they didn't know anything about the companies (struck me odd - why wouldn't you do your due diligence for your customers?) but he told me if there was a problem, to bring it back. Well, there was a problem. Within 12 hours, the damn thing broke. I called the shop, and he told me to bring it in - which I did so, immediately. The problem? when I got there, someone else was there. And this person, didn't care - at all. In fact, he couldn't be bothered to look up from his paper. Moreover, he was the owner. When I informed him what he happened, he said "NO refunds or exchanges". "What!!??" I said. "I wasn't told this! I spent $60! Last NIGHT!! Only 16 hours ago!" - again, without looking up from his newspaper, he pointed to a partially obscured, crudely written "No refunds, No exchanges" sign in black magic marker fastened to the counter by a thumb tack. If the stool in which he was sitting was any more right, he would've had to have moved to show me the 8 x 10 sign. "Are you kidding me?" I said. "Have a nice day", he said. "I assume that's a joke?" Seriously? Would you buy anything from this place???
