I always have a great experience with this cab company. They are always on time and the cabs are always clean. The fair is reasonable compared to other New Rochelle cab companys.
Had my wallet stolen then returned this weekend, and I thought I'd sorted out my cards with my bank and credit services. When it came time to pay for the cab, my cards were declined by his Square system (later found out my cards were still cancelled). It was a mistake on my part, and I explained it, but the driver was so rude! He was on the phone chatting away in Arabic the entire ride, then told me I was wasting his time and I "had no money". I told him I could go inside to get cash, but he again said that was a waste of his time. So I'm not sure what he wanted from me? It took longer with him accusing me of trying to waste his time than it would have for me to run in the house. Eventually I went inside and got cash and tipped him $5 on the $10 charge, which I should not have done. I usually take this cab service 2-3x a week but I will never call them again.
Just now..the driver of this cab on the photo sorted up to argue when asked him nicely to move out of the driveway as i was coming in..instead he acted like a deucsh and didnt move until his passenger came out from looked like 3 houses down...and when i called the dispatcher..he goes"Ah ok.." the hang up...smh mind blowing attitudes..terrible people
I am disgusted with the dispatcher Ranado and Michelle, they are extra rude to there callers.I use Medicaid and chose your complany because the cars are clean.I am complaining about these two workers because they constantly make me late for Doctor appt.I forgot my paper work three days ago this man Ranado said he's so busy he forgot to give it to the drive everyday since I used them this week.Today I called at 5 min to 8 to make sure he wouldn't forget my papers because I was having surgery at 9.This dick head had his driver pick me up at 8 min to nine after three more times of me calling...Than told me it's not his responsibility to give me may papers.Now I arrived at the hospital at 9:30 when I was clearly supposed to be there for nine,The women Michelle his co pilot is just as rude messing up calls and appointments.I personally know your drivers and I know they would love to fill these two positions,I will be complaint to Medicaid as well and I hope you do something about there rude behavior some meds can help them I could refer them to some doctors if needed.I will continue to use them this week but after that I will never use this company again for he claims I'm lucky to get picked up!!!He is lucky to have a job!!!Lucky to have customers that don't know better.Sincerly Michelle Giordano��������my rating on the drivers are great on the two above extremely poor.
just took a cab from New Rochelle Train station driver Lucas, had to call the dispatcher to report driver would not turn down the radio nor turn on the airconditioning, he felt is was cool enough outside. After riding the train from Grand Central on a hot summer night the last thing you want is loud music and no air conditioning. Will do what ever it takes to avoid taking Express City Taxi again. doesn't deserve even 1 star..
If there was an option to not put any stars, I would do it. Sadly, I have to put something. Absolutely horrible service, and always very late. I would not recommend anyone calling this service to retain a taxi.
They are poorly educated, bad services, and very arrogant the guy who attends the call. I don't recommend them, and I won't use them again.
Very personable workers!!! Not only is the cab service great but 2 workers shoveled my car out of the snow!!! Recommending this company to everyone I know.
Jan.24,2016: 9:30 AM it was my first time to call this company and the Lady was very rude to me she's a spanish, many times she hanged up my call then i call back again. Then she called me back after 10mins she yelled at me the taxis is outside and i think she cursed me in spanish she was saying like in "dos minutos..bla bla " and i said i dont understand then i hanged up. I was at my window waiting for taxi and she"s lying that the taxi is been waiting for 2 minutes. She's very rude. Whoever she is, she dont deserve that job. Feel sorry for the owner. But the driver was nice. So i gave him a 1 star.
Very Rude lady operator! Feel so bad with the business owner having an employee doesn't know how to handle good customer service.... Another star for the driver for being so nice!
