So I'm a little salty about this. I tried several times to reach them through various means. Couldn't get ahold of anybody until I called the store. I spoke to a man about preordering the newest MTG set coming out and he told me that if I "ordered it today" I'd get an "extra discount". The amount we discussed was an additional $20 on each since i was ordering so much. I put in the order, and couldnt get ahold of anybody after that at all. Never got the discounted price, never got the discussed refund per box, never spoke to anybody ever again. So after trying and trying, I "canceled" my preorder and began giving people the heads up that they never reply to messages, posts, emails, etc. So instead of addressing any of my concerns or making any attempt to contact me about anything, they blocked me from the group and banned me from their page. I never got my money back but they did deliver the order. Kinda funny that theyd treat me this way when I'd just spent about $2000 with them. Buyer beware, they're impossible to get ahold of and they make promises they've no intention of keeping. I'll take my business elsewhere.

The worst kind of business. They hike up their prices way above what they should. I can go to Walmart and get it cheaper if that tells you anything. They delete any criticism about their shady business practices from their Facebook page and will ban you. These people do not care about their customers. They only care about scalping prices. Do not do business with these people. They do not deserve it. There are much better card shops in Florida. Go to any other one than this one.
At first I got treated good and given good price. Then one day the owner turned on me. Hiking up prices of items every time I visited. Telling me he wouldn’t sell me boxed items simply because he knew I would open and play them, said he’d rather sell them to someone he knew would keep them sealed? Refuses to sell me items he says he’ll get more on Ebay for (why have them in your shop then?). Generally started treating me like he didn’t want me to shop there, so I stopped.
Charged my son $30 for an Xbox game I just found on Amazon for $10... BEWARE! Check Amazon.com first!!

The owner is a horrible person. They label some of their items with prices but he will change them once you try to buy them. Some of the employees used to be helpful when he wasn't around. But he has since turned them all into bad people. They now price everything as you buy it based off of amazon and eBay. Except usually with a mark up. It's good to look it up yourself prior to going in. I've had them ask $80 over the going rate of some retro consoles. They also have some used games for more than they go new on Amazon.
Would rate lower. came in to sell 800 magic the gathering. cards. i told him i don't know what the value of the cards were. the owner said there wasn't much there and i trusted him.he gave me $18. I had taken pictures of the cards and had posted them on a site and got offers as high as$80. But it was too late. long story short i was told they were worth a lot more and i was taken advantage of. i called him and told him and he said oh well. me and my 2 girls will never go there again. ill spread the word as well.
They moved my layaway to the other store and "lost" a game that I purchased...still never received a credit for that.... My wife bought a xbox360 for me that turned out to be a piece of junk! Wouldn't exchange a brand new (but defective) rechargeable xbox controller battery pack for a new one (instead I get a beat up used piece of junk one that doesn't work either). Go to return bad xbox, they said they would only exchange for a cheaper model at the same price! No money back if unsatisfied. Ended up getting a Nintendo Sp that's beat up at the same price as a new one... yeah nice doing business with you guys, I'll just stick to game stop from now on. My opinion they rip people off.
This place is better than game stop. Because they give twice as much for your money, plus they carry every game system even older models. He will give you the best deals. Heather Schaeffer
