Tried to schedule a pickup time, they don't do that. Told to call 45-60 minutes before I want to be picked up, but that turned out to be too early to call, 20-30 minutes, 3rd call and we were on our way. Drivers are awesome, dispatch was not, very snippy like most reviews state. Too bad since I prefer to support local businesses.

They told me I could use my card and then I got to my place and they guy yelled at me cause I didn’t have cash
On 06/06/2017,their cab caused an accident,which totaled my truck,and the car in front of it.To this day,10/10 2017,they will not provide insurance information,to make a claim.It appears that they are operating without insurance!Public safety issue!To prove that isn't made up, crash report 85543154.Check it out!
Bad service, rude on the phone when making a reservation, late picking me up! Would not use this company
was lookimg at the reviews and could clearly see was bogus bad reviews so i called and waited 21 min not bad girl on phone was nice and driver was very helpful .very happy with service so dont believe what you read its probably just the other companys trying to down grade joes taxi cause they are very good and cheapest.and wait time not to
My dad was having an emergency and needed to go to the doctor. They would not let me set up a 3rd party ride - which is fine but would not wait for 20 seconds so I could get my dad on the line who is blind - WORST CAB COMPANY EVER!
Awesome app to use anytime day or night trust me just try it for yourself :) it's very easy to use too!
all of the below may be true, but this is my experience. Eleven pm on a Sunday evening, my son in law (to be) was driving me home from a function and we spied my 16yr old grandaughter talking to police. it was traumatic and because my daughter was the legal guardian, I had to call her at work and find her a taxi. the gentleman who ran dipatch was soothing, friendly, sent someone out Asap. when they pulled up, found out hey did not take cards. he said he ould wait while we ran to the atm. We came back to a note saying No charge, Merry Christmas. True Story. Thank you raccoon man (he talked to my daughter about stuff to calm her tears).We are forever grateful.
Only a few rides were ok. When calling the lady was terrible and rude. No idea what customer service should be. used them many many times and the last call NO TAXI SHOWED UP. Made a couple of calls the same day and no taxi. Lady was rude again and again. Will never use them again
The woman dispatcher is the absolute worst. She is rude to the 1000th level (unbelievable how she keeps her job, however the fact that she does tells you about the nature of Joe’s Taxi). Despite the rude service, I used Joe's Taxi for over a year. I called them for a taxi on 10/24/2015 to a local towing business in New Port Richey. She said that a taxi would be in front of my apartment complex within "minutes". Minutes came, went, and still no taxi. I called her and she said that driver had been outside my complex waiting for 10 to 15 minutes. THAT WAS A LIE. She sent the driver back to my complex and the driver (who was equally rude and did not even say hello to me when I entered the taxi) charged me $5 for a no-show fee. I told the driver I was not paying the $5 fee and he threatened to call the police. THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER TAXI SERVICES IN THE NEW PORT RICHEY AREA - PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM JOE'S TAXI.
