Spoke to Kevin about listing our home, seems like a friendly person but, Where do realtors get off on trying to dictate to you what they would list your home for. We have an appraisal for 445k just done a couple of months ago and Kevin told us he would list it for 400k because thats what he pulled for comps. Maybe trying to get listed lower so it sales quick for him and he gets paid? Which based on comps we have access to, that is even wrong. LOL Zillow has it valued at 418k to 448k and their evaluations are always low by 10 to 20%. I am not sure about anyone else but I would trust an appraisers evaluation more than any real estate agent. This is not so much a complete reflection on Kevin as it is the whole real estate industry.

The mission statement on their website could not be further from the truth. Dan in ineffective at communication and terrible with customer service. Texting important information is very unprofessional. Stay clear from Omeara reality, there are more effective company's to manage your property.
Diane is an very good Real Estate Agent. She is very knowledgeable of the process that it takes to get you to closing. We have used her for buying and selling of homes. She is very easy to get a hold of you when need her and is very easy to talk to.

Commercial Realtor does not have a female sales agent currently, nor has it had one on staff within the last year...Ted might have posted his comments to the wrong company. It is not the firm's practice to ignore a potential buyer or property owner seeking to sell. F. I. Grey & Son, Inc. Working with the Horan Agency was a great experience. Sue Horan was flawless, talked to people for me, had answers for every question (there we many as I was an out of state buyer), returned every phone call and email quickly, and always had a smile. We executed two RE transactions successfully, and the next time I buy a property in Florida, I will call Sue.
what a joke i tryed to use this place to place a offer on a vacant land. i was told to go look at and if i like to contact them asap. i did as instructed wanted to make offer agent did not get back with me in a timely fashion when she did via email her message was she would get back with me its been over a week. DONT USE THESE FOLKS THEY ARE STUCK IN THE 20th CENTURY. seriously screwed my faimly over
