They say when it rains it pours and it definitely did this past week with my car in the shop and my ac unit finally dying. As upsetting as it was Johnny Cool Heating & Air came out right away and assessed the situation. His crew out with a new unit the following morning! They were at 11am and done at 2! The guys were super nice and even gave my doggies some love 😊 My new outside unit is on a new cement block with enough space from the house that I can get the weed eater behind it! That was such a pain before! They even cleaned up the inside unit in the garage and the wall as well. It was a bit moldy from the water dripping. I even have a new digital thermostat and some new vents! Bye bye crusty yellow thermo from the 1980’s! Also, no mess afterwards to clean up! I have never felt the ac blow this hard since I bought the house! I’m shocked at how fast my house is cooling down from being at 85 degrees past two days! I’m blown away at the level of service I have received and highly recommend Johnny Cool!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Our AC was down a day after Hurricane Irma passed through. Johnny came at 8pm without tools or his truck but he diagnosed the problem within minutes. He returned the next morning before 11am with a new motor and replaced it within minutes. This was the most amazing experience we have ever had from an HVAC contractor. A snake got stuck in my AC fan motor and did a lot of damage to the inside of the unit when I was on vacation. I was able to speak with Jon the owner who was highly recommended by folks I know. He came out same day and helped me remove the carcass and gave me an honest quote and timeline for the repair. His technician came out on time as scheduled and made the repair. Thanks again Jon.

Johnny cool a/c company is far the best a/c company or any company I have ever used. My a/c went out on a Friday night big water damage through my second floor. I must have called 5 or more a/c places and it was to late except for one and that was Johnny Cool. He showed up around 10 pm and fixed our water leak and had us cooling so we could sleep. 9 months later I knew our 11 year old a/c was going bad so again I called Johnny cool and a few other places. He had the best price and the most upgraded a/c that we could ever dream about with a 10 year warranty. this is the only a/c company I will ever use and I recommend them to everyone I know with a/c problems
