International Cremation

I called all around for a place to do a creamation for my aunt. But, I am so glad that I chose International Cremation. The staff was attentive and honest. The process was stress-free and I got my death certificate and ashes back in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using International Cremation.

Be sure you know what is included in any of their prepaid services. My uncle, prepaid for his cremation. He believed that everything would be paid for and that the only thing that we would have to do is simply call this place to take care of him. My first interaction with them on the phone, was a bit surprising as they said there were state taxes and feed that we're not paid for. I was charged $395. I asked the man if there would be any other charges, he told me that if I needed the ashes shipped back to me in MI, that there would be a $150 charge, however they would do everything that they could to get his body prepared for us so that we would not have to pay that fee before we left FL. I paid the $395. Then I receive a call a few days later explaining that I owe hundreds of $. They tried to charge me $195 for shipping instead of the $150 originally quoted, which I disputed, then they tried to charge me to have his pacemaker removed when my first conversation with them was that he had one and yes I understood it needed to be removed but they did not tell me there would be a fee for that, then they charged me an additional $195 in order to have him cremated because they said he was overweight. So in total I had to pay an additional $740 on top of what had already been prepaid. Then, we left Florida yesterday morning, my uncle's ashes are already here waiting for us in Michigan today Friday. So instead of calling us and asking if we were still in Florida (which we were unless they overnighted the ashes), they simply shipped him out since they already had my money. Which by the way, the sticker on the box that he was shipped on said it was only $80 for them to ship his Ashes to me. I am extremely disappointed with this place and would never recommend them to anybody! Again be careful if you do use them know exactly what you have paid for, what fees will be have to be paid for after you passed away, and any other hidden fees that they might try to add in.

The one thing you never want to do but eventually you just may have to. Making arrangements for a loved one. My mom and I had discussed in detail what she wanted and how she wanted her last request from me fulfilled. A friend suggested that I go to International Cremation in New Port Richey, FL and I should asked for Faye.No one wants to do this. You are already feeling your loss. I was met by the most caring person when I met Faye. She put me at ease. We put together a plan that met my needs. Faye was courteous, explained how things would go. I made the arrangements and was given a folder with there number on it to call 24 hrs. No sales pressure. At a time when a person is the most vulnerable, it's nice to see someone not trying to take advantage of you in your state of mind.I didn't think I would need her services so soon. I actually went back to make changes. No problem. Everything went very smoothly. I will recommend her to anyone planning on cremations.

I highly recommend using International Cremation in New Port Richey. Ms. Ray was very professional and make the process very easy while we were grieving. The prices were very competitive and I would use them again. Call them first.

Under the circumstances of a sad time in our lives... I must say the Faye was an Angel. She didnt try to upsell me at a vunerable time, she just gave me the facts and helped me thru a very trying time. Hats off to International Cremation Services and the staff..

M Mom passeded and my Dad and i needed a good place to handle her creamation...and this is the place. They got my Mom to the miitary cemetery in Bushnell..and reserved a spot for my Dad. What a major relief for our future needs. Prices were very good too. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Thank God for this place. Im a veteran and didnt know what i had coming to me. They took the time and told me all the things i could do. I ended up saving a lot of money.they were honest and professional.The place is very nice.

The employees really helpful and compassionate and their prices for cremating my sister-in-law were what we could handle.. we found another funeral home a little bit cheaper but the place was not very nice at all. Only problem was they didnt take American Express so we had to pay withour visa. Great place ...just sad we had to make these sad arrangements:(

I KNEW THESE PEOPLE WHEN THEY HAD A FUNERAL HOME IN CLEARWATER. VERY NICE FIRM, GREAT PRICES AND VERY COMPASSIONATE. FAYE HELPED ME SAVE THOUSAND OFF THE PRICE OF THE BIG FUNERAL HOME DOWN THE STREET AND THE SERVICE WAS JUST AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER, BECAUSE I WASNT BOUNCED FROM PERSON TO PERSON. FAYE AND HER FUNERAL DIRECTOR HANDLED EVERYTHING PERSONALLY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS NEW COMPANY!!!!
