Fantastic Sams

Was very dissatisfied at the fact that I wanted highlights, and ,up-due with braids, shampooed, the only thing I got was the up-due no braids and no wash, and no highlights. I felt as if my head was her head and she was making all of the decisions.

My appointment was for 1:30pm and I waited for like 40 minute's and I finally walked out, one older woman in there tried to blame they were so busy in morning, when I entered there was only 2 customers in shop and all the other girl said was I understand, I understand. Unbelievable the poor customer service I received!

Worst hair cut ever and the "stylist" refused to take my Fantastic Sam's coupon!! Although the wait time was excellent (less than 10 minutes), the overall experience was not even worthy of one star. After explaining the type of trim/cut that I was looking for, the so called stylist began chopping away on my DRY hair - didn't ask if I wanted a shampoo, just started hacking. I asked her why she was cutting it dry and she said my hair was very clean and didn't need to be wet to cut it. No styling, no "how does that look", didn't even offer me a mirror to look at the back ! At the register, I presented her with the $2.00 off coupon to which she replied... "oh, we don't take those - they are from "corporate" and we aren't part of THEM". She went on and on about how they were "burned" by not getting paid from corporate so they stopped accepting the coupons. Well, she saw the coupon in my hand when I was sitting in the chair - could she have said something at that point ? Got to my car and ran my fingers through my hair only to find a HUGE hole in the right side of my hair. I was absolutely mortified - cried all the way home. Ended up going to a REAL hair stylist who fixed the mess. I will NEVER visit another Fantastic Sams location !!!
