What happened? Last few times I got mushy meat. Looked that up to find meat refrozen a few times break down texture to mush like oatmeal. That is what I was served, once with chicken, once with steak. Tried again yesterday with sampler appetizer and again disappointed. Boneless mild wings way too hot to eat, pickles had bad flavor even skimpy breading could not disguise. Potato skins were overcooked, tasteless and dry even for me, I prefer well done. Onion sticks were good, not great, but tasty and large portion on plate. Staff was enthusiastic, friendly and there when needed, prompt service as usual and prep was quicker than usual.
I had your prime rib and it was so dam good I been craving for another prime rib dinner
This is the 2nd time we have experienced a bad time at this Ruby Tuesday. Bartender was rude plus when I mentioned this to the manager he didn't even care what I had to say.
Went through the menu with the watress and most of the items I asked to order were not available. Gee, why have a menu when you don't offer the items on it?
We stopped in for dinner recently and found there is a new owner, fresh remodel, but with the old standby specials. A good thing. The service is quick, prices were good, and food was delish! We will definitely be coming back soon! We even ran into a long lost friend, now a server. :)

if anyone had a clue nobody would eat here ...let alone there catering....food under the equipment...for months mabe years....i have seen it grease pit...nothing is clean.....the pasco county inspector should be fired....this place dosent deserve a star none but i have to give it one just to post this....
DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I usually love Applebee's but this isn't deserving of the franchise. The service was the worst ever! The server (oddly named "Aloha") didn't bother to check to see that our food was overcooked. We had to call a manager. Then we waited almost 30 minutes for the food to be returned. Still, she paid no attention. When we complained to the manager, we got a weak apology, so clearly THEY don't care. THEN, we find out that she charged both our meals to my friend's debit card (which was discovered by looking at the statement online), even though I paid for mine in cash. Clearly, she pocketed the cash.
