My mom and I went into this salon, I brought a picture of what I wanted my highlights to look like, the little girl who did my hair, did not even come close. She gave me this Awful Brown color and very few blonde highlights. My mom hair turned out ok, but she was Overcharged and had to pay double for haircut and color. Let me tell you, the management coach these little girls to upsell clients without telling you how much it will cost. It cost over $300 for both our hair. The little girl who did my hair said she could put in more highlights at no charge,because she said, "I want you to be happy". I made an appointment and received a call from their so called manager who made up an excuse that I took too long to make an appointment, even though she called and said she had to check it out first and but she would be out of town a few days. I called her upon return and she refused to give me the highlights that were promised. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! DONT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE! THIS SALON DOES THINGS UNDERHANDED!!! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Great time for a girlfriends or mothers day. Hair is amazing always look forward to coming in. Kids love it too.

DO NOT ATTEND THIS SALON AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HAIR TO FALL OUT!!! Deserves negative stars! My mother went into this salon on recommendation to have her hair highlighted by Sandy the owner who has 25 years experience. She was the only person in the salon while having her hair treated. Her fair is now completely destroyed and falling out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON!! After contacting Sandy she showed no remorse for her work and blamed the client. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOUR HAIR GO TO ANOTHER HAIR SALON.

To Anita D. Alot of times your hair will be orange when lightening. You have to go through the orange stage and then either tone or color over it. Just because it is Orange doesnt mean it is ruined. If you have dark hair you have orange in it and she just didnt lighten through the orange. It is totally fixable. If you need help you can reach me at manzalone222@gmail.com. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON... My mother went in for a cut and highlights. When she arrived at home she was very unhappy. When we went back the next day Rosa was very confrontational and argumentative we could not get a word in and kept on saying that's what my mother wanted. My mother showed her a big patch with no color on top of her head and very rudely she dismissed my mother. I was shocked and never experienced a salon like this before. ROSA IS THE WORST AND THE MOST RUDE HAIRDRESSER I HAVE EVER MET. When we arrived at home she had the nerve to call my mother and again argue with her and myself then she hung up the phone. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau with a big complaint. THIS IS NOT A WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER.

Such an awesome place , the girls are fantastic , my highlights ate gorgegous and the prices are incredible for the services , compared to what I have paid in other salons , that I usually have a sixcwerk wait , I'm a very busy person I love that you can wdlkin or call on demand to get full service ! I revommend this place highly !!

Hot Headz has a new generation of hair dressers that are so talented , i was there today and got an ombre and it came out fantastic !! The people were so nice and it was an awesome experience ! Also the prices where so affordable compared to other salons I've been too for the sane service ! I recommend you try them , the crew is awesome !!

Karen knows hair! She takes the time to get to know a client's wants, needs, health history, etc. in order to choose the appropriate styles and products. She educates the client about hair care. Her clients include women, men and children.

Worst. Haircut. Ever. The holidays are coming and I'm stuck with the dreaded Layers from Hell. If you want a chop job that makes you cringe every time you look in the mirror, let Carla cut your hair. I have no idea why she has such great reviews or what she was thinking when she mangled my hair. Never going here again.

i went in last month, got a great haircut and color..i was very satisfied...I would recommend this place. I cant imagine the manager wouldn't have taken care of these complaints.
