        My pregnant Daughter purchased a Pontiac Sunfire during the negotiations tje salesman promised her that they would help if anything major went wrong. Two weeks later the Rod Bearing went bad caising the motor to blow. Shook' version of help is to offer her $50.00 for scrap. Before using Shook Auto call the Better Business Bureau. They ate willing to cheat a pregnant lady what will they do to you. J. Gilbert 1/19/2015

        Very unprofessional sales people. They took our application to buy a pick up truck and informed us that the manager would call when he got back from lunch. The next day we drove by and the truck was sold. Never got a call from anyone letting us know about our application or to let us know it sold. Will not be going there again.
