Terrible, awful service - came in at 11 am with my sick son, who was running a 104 fever, the doctor's office directed to get some blood work done immediately; waited for 30 minute, then when I approached the registration nurse, she snapped that they have appointments and showed no empathy or compassion to the fact that I was there with a very sick child. We waited for 10 more minutes without being acknowledged and decided to leave. Will never come back there again and we live in right in town!

I've been getting my blood drawn monthly for years. I know when a needle is not inserted properly and that's what happened at this Quest. Normally I feel no pain when the needle is inserted but not here. I immediately felt pain and my arm ached for the rest of the day. Now it's very bruised in the area. I'm not sure I want to go back now. This is serious!!!
I made an appointment online,when I arrived they said nothing was noted.I waited over 40 minutes but was allowed to have my lab work done.This place is not very clean,organized nor do they have enough staff.The lab tech must register all your insurance info and enter the lab request into the computer and wait for labels to print.I recommend that you go across main street to Bancorp.They have a nice New office with adequate staff and you can schedule online or walk in 7 am to 3 pm.Avoid Quest at all cost.Plus my Doctors office said it is a nightmare getting lab results from quest.
Sent my results to the wrong doctor. And then could not be reached, as their phone number is only a recording. Had to go through their corporate offices to try to straighten things out, and then was told my doctor had to call them personally, as they could not take any information from me.
DO NOT EVER go to New Paltz location especially when tech, ANA is working. It's a long long story but ultimately I waited 2 hours and wound up having to drive 30 minutes to another location for a simple pre-employment drug screen. Ana violated HIPPA and announced to waiting room I was here for drug screen. She was rude, unprofessional, and I witnessed her rattling off BOLD FACE LIES to the manager over the phone. The location manager also did not do ANYTHING to remedy the situation. I had a 10:15 appointment and there was never more than 3 people in the waiting room. Absolutely NO excuse for the poor treatment I received. I will never ever go there again and I will strongly urge anyone else to find another location.
