My wife called to order oil, the woman was so rude and yelled at my wife because we only order oil once a season & told us out account was closed! How can you run a business and be so rude to your customers. I will never do business with them and I suggest that you give your business to someone else

This company is great. They dont usually take on new customers in the winter. Prices are cheap and the service is great. Mom and Pop company, they don't take any guff. If you treat them with respect they will do the same. Talk and treat them like crap and they won't take it. I work in customer service and I know how some people get. The woman prior probably treated her crappy.



Terrible Customer Service

My husband called this oil supplier to inquire about having oil delivered. The woman asked if he had an account to which he said no. She then told him that they couldn't deliver oil and hung up. My husband was stunned because the woman answering the phone was so rude and did not explain how to open an account. I assumed it was a misunderstanding so I called back. The woman did the same thing to me but before she could hang up I asked to speak to someone else she then told me she was the owner. I then asked her why she would be so rude to a potential customer and that her customer service was terrible. She went onto say that they weren't accepting new accounts. I said that's fine but one day you might and you should consider that when being so rude. She then began yelling and hung up on me. I then called back and she hung up on me before I could even speak. I am astounded that in this time when businesses are going out of business so frequently that a business owner would treat new business or new customers so obnoxiously rude. I would never use this business and I will tell everyone I know not to also.
