These people are crooks! Customer service sucks! Nothing else needs to be said. There are too many options in this city for stone. I made a bad one.

I received your post to our FB page about your negative experience at our NOLA facility and I want to apologize for our lack of customer service during your visit. I can assure you that it was not intentional and it's definately not something that me, my partner (Tommy Roddy) or any of our employees consider to be in any way acceptable. Today there is so much competition in the stone business that the only thing we have to set ourselves apart is "Customer Service". It may sound like a cliche but we really do pride ourselves in customer service and to be honest, this is the first time since we opened our doors in 2004 that I have ever had anyone complain about our service. I am deeply sorry for your bad experience and I want you to know that if you ever have another stone need I will be more than happy to meet with you and walk you around our yard (either in New Orleans or Baton Rouge). I went to Tuscan Stone on 2 different occasions to look at granite. Most recently I went this past Monday with floor and cabinet samples in hand. On both occasions I walked the entire property inside and out looking at all the granite. I would say I was there for at least 30 mins each occasion if not longer. On both occasions I was not even told "hello". I did see workings moving some granite but I was not acknowledged. I went to another local granite place in Harahan and was taken around their facilities to look at the granite in a golf cart! I would not recommend this company to anyone!
