Their gumbo is fabulous! It is always a treat when my husband tells me he stopped to pick up gumbo for dinner!

The food was ok but the service was horrible. The waitress and manager were horrible rude. We complained about one item and from that point on we were met with eye rolls and combativeness. The manager went as far as to snatch and pull to go boxes out of my friends hand. I come to this restaurant at least one every 2 weeks and I will not be returning.
Ordered fried chicken. It was awesome. My husband ordered soft shell crab. Awesome as well. Service was excellent. Kenneth was very attentive. Kudos!
We stopped Sunday when in Metairie . I wanted a Roast Beef poo boy with gravy and sloppy .What I got was French bread with a thin lair of roast beef and gravy . And DRY !My wife's order didn't come out and they didn't have a reason . My other family members weren't happy .We felt the food was over priced and not that good .We won't be back .Disapointed
Fast Service and Delicious Food! Very lovely environment. I gator bites fir the first time and they were scrumptious!!!
I've eaten here several times. Food is delicious, service is great, nice ambiance. You can dine inside or their patio. Save room if you can for dessert!
Horrible seafood do not go there what ever you do. The last couple of times I've been there bad experience. OLD SEAFOOD you leave it on the counter to eat later and it stinks. And today Sept. 20, 2016 was the last straw, went in to buy some shrimp, shrimp were dark and dry looking, which was my mistake for buying them, but bought them and took a chance. But before I left after purchase something told me to taste them and they were very hard with a bad taste, went back in and told Kym whose the owner to exchange them for some crabs and told her the reason for the exchange, she told me she didnt want my business no more she don't like the way I do, I never brought anything back to her in the past I took the lost for my money, but for her to do that is a disrespect to me I paid my money and I didn't want money back but wanted something I could eat but what that let me know is that the crabs was in the same shape OLD!!! WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!
My first meal in New Orleans and it did not disappoint! Excellent food and service! Felt a little like a diner because of the bar seating
A friend of a friend as well as our Hotel Concierge told us to go here. The service was great. I had the Redfish Blackened. It was good but not great.
On top of the high prices if u have 5 or more even a baby you pay 18% gratuity. Then they bring you a check asking for more gratuity. It wouldnt be so bad giving it to them.if the service was better. If you complain the manager shelly will surely come and make excuses and be defensive without hearing what you are trying to say. The experience was not worth the bragging rights people have this place. Long line, poor service, big cost... No thanks
