Very disappointed with the service I received. Visiting from out of state. The nature of the staff was very unprofessional & took an exceeding amount of time for a quick refill, missed a very important meeting waiting between guests. Would not recommend... although the establishment looked nice

I purchased a Groupon for a mani/pedi and a gel mani as a Birthday gift for someone. Well, I called to set up the appointment and the lady that answered the phone (not sure if that was the manager or owner) she was nice until I told her I had a Groupon. She then told me, she didn't have any appointment times available. I asked why because I had a Groupon, she said no it was because the Saturday appointments was reserved for regulars, that was puzzling because she was going to booked the appointment until she heard I had a Groupon. So, I asked what Saturday do she have because It was a gift for someone and I; We can only come on a Saturday. She attempted to give me an appointment 2 weeks later. I told her that I was not happy with how I was being treated and that I wish I could get my money back, but I will booked the appointment in case I couldn't get my money back and she said we are not going to do that. Groupon will give you your money back and hung up in my face and blocked me. My thing is if you do not want to honor Groupon deals then why offer them through Groupon!! Just know I will never go to this place and I will tell everyone on my Facebook and Instagram the treatment I received! because the attitude and treatment was not necessary!
I had been to this SALON SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST 2 YEARS AND WOULD STOP GOING DUE TO THE SAME ISSUES. The ISSUE IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They DO OKAY WORK HOWEVER, whenever I, A CUSTOMER IS UNSATISFIED, The MANAGER AND THE WHOLE STAFF BECOMES RUDE AND SNAPPY. AS A PROFESSIONAL PKACE OF BUSINESS THEY REALL NEED TO TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES BECAUSE IF I TREATED THEM THE WAY THEY TREATED ME I WOULD NO LONGER HAVE A JOB. PLEASE PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS NAIL SALON. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY EASILY BUT WILL REFUSE TO FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKES!!!!!!!!!!
Got to the nail salon at 6:30 pm. I was their only customer and they did not close until 7 pm. They rushed the entire process and all they had to do was paint my nails since I already had a manicure. As I am sitting, hands under the dryer the lady working at that time came over and checked my nails. They were not dry and she messed up a spot on each thumb nail. She tried to fix it twice and just ended up messing up more. I paid to simply just to get out of there and never go back. Terrible service.
Service is horrible..be prepared for a 2hr wait with no accommodations..and very unhygenic they do not sterilize equipment after use they just go from one xlient to the next using the same equipment used for pedicures.
I was given a gift certificate to this place for my birthday a couple of weeks ago and I loved it. Anthony gave me fantastic mani/pedi. I want to go back but can't find their menu anywhere to get prices.
This was not fair the workers speak in Vietnamese while doing your nails. I would like to see more professionalism.
This business has went down since Ann gave up ownership and Phaedra left. The new workers are not professional, messy, ignorant, and look a mess. They talk to customers like they not paying for their services. The building is cluttered, dusty and dirty and it just looks and feel ghetto now, I suggest you keep your money and go somewhere, where the employees are nicer and the atmosphere is cleaner. If I could give it zero stars I would have.
Inconsistent! Sometimes my nails are done beautifully, sometimes they're not. I've been charged three different prices for the same services. I've been overcharged as well
