Wat a pathetic pathetic pathetic service center! I literally gave them thousands of dollars of business, but when they misdiagnosed my car and wasted my time... I phoned the dealer service center to complain, one of the sale's people name "B" (nugen) said that you should go somewhere else and not bring your car here for service. WOW! Is this how they pay back a loyal customer?? I guess I "WAS" a loyal customer. No more toyota of new orleans.rather give my business to a shady craigslist mechanic then these losers!
Will NEVER return because of bad service .. I don't know if it was because of the husband and wife Duo or because the wife told me 3000 and the husband told me 6900 when he found out I had 5000.. They were very unprofessional .. The husband even tried to sell me junk on the phone saying that he had cars at a so called 2nd car lot.... At least I can say the receptionist was nice and professional(5star4Her)

I will most assuredly handle all of my future automotive needs through Toyota of New Orleans from now on. I recently was in the market for a new vehicle and was recommended to the dealership by a friend.
To my dissappoinment, the dealership did not have the vehicle that I had my heart set on, however, James (manager) assured me that he would locate the vehicle for me, so I decided to see what he could do.
Not only did he find the car that I was looking for, but he found it loaded with every extra that I hoped for AND in the EXACT color that I wanted.
To my surprise, all of this AND....I ended up with the price that I wanted!!! What more can you ask for???
No doubt that the team at Toyota of New Orleans is top notch and they have earned themselves a loyal customer for life!!!

I went into Toyota of New Orleans, working with there sister dealership Premier Honda to buy my second car from this dealership duo in less than one year. I walked away lied to, deceived, and horribly frustrated. I processed all information via email before going to the dealership, But upon arrival, I was not welcomed. I was not greeted (let alone enthusiastically). I could not believe that was the way this dealership handles its customers--let alone repeat customers.
I had decided on the purchase vehicle and negotiated a price, and regardless of the bad service, was sitting down to make the purchase, but Toyota of New Orleans and Premier Honda, instead of acknowledging a mistake regarding the vehicle (i.e. a missing car component/seat component), decided to claim the car component was optional. But it was not optional; it was missing. Instead of being honest and forthright, the dealer was deceptive and dismissive. I was later proven right at a different dealership. Toyota of New Orleans and their sister dealer Premier Honda provided the worst car buying (attempt) I have ever had. Needless to say, I walked out of the dealership, did not make any purchase, and will not be returning.

Excellent! Great manager ,very personable and VERY attentive to the customers! I was having a lot of work done to my camry- new orleans pot holes! I was checked on multiple times to make sure I was OK and they made sure I understood exactly what had to be done to the car. I will definately continue to go back to Toyota of New Orleans!
