went there hoping to break in my new gun. I gave up after the 7th page of questions on a poorly designed computer screen. wanted all my personnel information, including name, address, phone nbr, birth date and page after page of waivers. I can only guess how long it would take if I brought my 2 sons! more info than if I was buying a gun! lol this place is a joke.

edguardo's review before I decided to try this place on my own and arrived there

very skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very crowded, top quality

facility that went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe. I

asked them about the Eduardo guy and they said it was probably someone that

got their feelings hurt if they were acting unsafe and were disciplined by the

range officer. That made me feel even more safe. Thanks guys, mainly Devin for

helping me with my new gun.

Horrible customer service skills by the guy at the front counter. The last thing I need when I'm going there to enjoy myself is an arrogant attitude by the range officials . Major safety issues included allowing unskilled and skilled shooters to rapid fire time and time again. One strike and you should be banned immediately. I fear for my safety. The management doesn't adhere to the safety video that everyone must watch and acknowledge the safety regulations. The range is in need of severe maintenance, I have been struck on a few occasions by ricocheting bullets that were not stopped at the end of the range by the bullet traps, to the point of drawing blood. Told the rangemaster and his response, "So". Very non-professional. After reading this, be sure to wear long pants and long sleeve shirt and possible a bullet-proof vest.

Prices not bad, wonderful staff

My son and I went to shoot my new Glock. We arrived at 7:30pm. I am aware that the range closes at 8:00pm but we understood we could shoot till 8:00pm. As we entered the store we were met by the store manager Mike. He came around from the counter waiving his arms and yelling I am closed. I attempted to tell him we only wanted to fire a few rounds. However his agression, we opted to walk out of the store. He followed us out. At that time I asked him why he had such a bad attitude. He was very quick to tell me it was us that had an attitude. I have tried a couple of time to call and speak to the manager. Only to reach Mike and be told the manager is not there. This is my last visit to this place.

My wife and I were looking for a place to shoot in the New Orleans area and came across the Shooters Club range on yellow pages.com. I took a look at the map and the range hours and visited that day. I was impressed how clean the range was and how nice the range officer was. The prices were very reasonable compared to other places I have visited. I will visit again soon. Recommended.
