After telling us it would be $270 on top of the warranty charges of $534 to repair a radiator on my wife's 2010 Town and Country, they returned the vehicle in the same condition they received it only I was out a total of $800 and still didn't have a car that would drive with the same problem it was brought in for in the first place. To date no returned call from management. Please save yourself time and money stay away from these thieves.

This place is very bad; they seem to be going on the reputation of the former owner who was the father & supposed to be a real legend for caring for his customers. The crew is so negative, lies all the time, promises to do what you request, then do only what they want. Then they charge for things you didn't request & told them not to do. Also double charged for things. When I told them that I need the overcharges to come off of the bill, they told me that they would be starting to charge me storage fees until I paid them. I filled out a report against them online with the Attorney General's office & got some money knocked off of the bill, but the rest they ignorantly refused to take off. I got the car only because I was afraid they would do damage to it since it was somewhere I had no knowledge of. Sure enough, I discovered they didn't do something right so I had to pay another $460 to another mechanic to remedy the situation. Losers & thieves they are. I grew up as a mechanic's helper & explained this to them over the phone before car was towed in, as well as when I spoke to the mechanic over the phone. But they don't care about the customers. Don't trust them.

Don't trust this company, they don't stand by their work.

I brought my car in for a oil leak, three months later it's leaking again and these guys won't honor their work. Now I have to take my car at least 25 miles from their shop just so the warranty covers the work.

They maybe friendly at first but don't bash them on Yelp or they won't fix your car if they didn't get it right the first time. I'm sure there great at checking fluids and rotating your tires though.




In early January, My wife's car started to make a squealing noise in the engine area. She brought the car to Keith's. The FIRST time they had it, they changed the pulley and belt. The noise was gone and everyone was happy. However, a short time later ( a week or so) the noise returned - exactly as it was before we brought it. The SECOND time they had the car they changed the alternator. I didn't think that particular part would cause a noise like that, but I'm no mechanic, so ok. Well, TWO DAYS later the noise is back, this time worse than ever! This THIRD TIME, I followed my wife to the shop to find out exactly what was going on. After waiting several minutes (all the employees could probably see that we weren't happy) Keith himself appears. The first thing he said was "it sounds worse than it did before." I agreed and told him that we were now $600.00 and 3 trips into this repair and the problem has only gotten worse. He then said that he kept the old alternator to which I replied; "Good, because it seems like the car didn't need it." At that point I was told "not to cop an attitude!" Also, that he would just 'walk away if I did." So, it seems that not only does Keith not know how to fix a car, he also has no idea about customer service!!!! Avoid this shop at all costs!
