Hickory Day Care

i wish i couldn't even give one star. this daycare is not a place i would every recommend. my daughter started at 7 weeks until she was about 7 month old when we were then packed up and told to leave. the owner is a money hungry control freak who was mad that i "asked too many questions" and did not dictate EVERYTHING to her. she fed a baby sitting on top of a table with no chair or support, she left my baby in a room to talk with parents,and NEVER communicated when there was a sick baby until AFTER my baby go sick and was out for days. they may be clean and nice...buts its all drama and back stabbing behind the scenes.

I cannot recommend this Day Care highly enough! The staff is extraordinary! They are all very clean, kind and professional. They really take great pride in taking wonderful care of each child that attends. I brought my preemie to Phyllis after I had a last minute crisis when the lady who was supposed to watch my baby dropped the ball. They worked with me and let me get my little man into the daycare. I don't know what we would have done if we had not found them. My husband and I toured "tons" of daycare facilities. We did not find any as clean or professional as this one. Since our time there we have seen nothing but a friendly professional attitude towards parents and their children. Bottom line! This daycare is fabulous!!
