The front office was very helpful but the loading area was the worst I have ever encountered in my life. It is absolutely ridiculous how lazy some of the workers are. The fact that PAYING customers have to wait nearly an hour to get materials is outrageous. This is the second time I have paid good money and have to wait for lazy workers to get materials I have paid for. Since I've been waiting, I've seen all of the workers just sit and joke around. I can't even begin to describe how pathetic they take their jobs. This loading area is a complete joke. There needs to be some serious changes to this part of the company. An absolute JOKE.
