One of their drivers caused me to get rear-ended this morning! He acted as if he was going to go, decided at the last second to let someone else in, and forced me to slam on the brakes and get my bumper dented by the car behind mine. Neither of us were at fault--no, it was the fault of the idiot driver who decided to make us suffer so he could be the good guy! If this is how their employees represent their company, then I will never hire them.
Was late by over 45 minutes, driver was rude, and manager named Brittany was rude as well when I tried to make a complaint about my displeasure. The app they tried to make me use was useless. These are just the highlights in order to keep this review short. Dont use this company.
As the owner of A Service Cab, I found most of the reviews were obviously false. All of the one star reviews with the exception of one ONLY reviewed A Service Cab - no restaurants, coffee shops or other service businesses. This indicates to me that these reviews were probably placed by a competitor. Interestingly enough the one star reviewer with multiple reviews gave 25 cab companies one star and Metry Cab five stars. Please note the date of this review as my competitor will probably attempt to cover their tracks by writing additional phony review by these same phony reviewers.
I headed back to Nawlins for some fun. Somehow I ended up calling the wrong cab company (I wanted the one I used in the past), anyhow it turned out to be a big mistake. They were tuff to deal with over the phone and kept me waiting at the Airport for over 1hr, I know, I should have called someone else!! I get it, My Mistake. I waited and when the cab showed up i was hesitant to get in, the car was a little um well dingy. The driver was nice but when he demanded a tip I was done! I don't think I will use them again and will make sure to call the correct one next time!!!!
The worst company EVER!!!!! I gave them the address to the location for pick up and instead of them coming to the address I gave them. They go somewhere else. What a bunch of A-----HOLES.... Then ask as if they don't care! Do NOT DEPEND ON THESE BUNCH OF DUMMIES!!!!!
This morning I called A Service Cab to pick up a guest and bring him to Lakeside. I let them know the guest was in the lobby and was paying cash. The cab then comes and picks up another guest who was already waiting for another cab. I called the company back letting them know what happen and she began to have an attitude with me. When I tried to ask how long it would take for another cab to come she hung up in my face. I called right back and she hung up again. I then called back to ask to speak to a manager she clearly states " Your not speaking to anyone" and hung up in my face. I then called another number and finally was transferred to a manager and he claims to have heard the whole conversation and was trying to explain that we should get room numbers so the cab can know who they are picking up. When I explained in fact that was not the issue it was how rude the personnel was he didn't apologize, he simply took up for her. I told him I would notify my management of this incident.
I WILL NEVER CALL THIS CAB COMPANY EVER AGAIN. I RATHER TAKE ONE OF OUR GUEST WHERE THEY NEED TO GO BEFORE I CALL THEM EVER !!!!!
What a complete joke of service. First off I called Service Cab and a cab pulls up called AService Cab, I question the driver to make sure it is the correct companyand he says yes, that the company is now called AService cab not Service Cab because they went out of business years back. So why still advertise as Service Cab? Seemed odd to me or maybe false advertising but any way off in the cab I went. The driver wasnt too talkative and insisted that I keep the windows down instead of the AC because it caused his car to overheat! Then he drove like he was in Nascar or something which left me feeling a little sick, combined with the smell of the car as well. Finally we made it to the Airport where he said he didnt take credit card which I had already told the person who answered the phone about my payment type and was told no problem. Anyway I said let me go inside and get cash from the ATM. So I went inside and got the money, gave him $40.00 and he said it was $60.00. I corrected him and showed him the correct rate that was on a map I had from the Airport I got when I arrived. He said ok then and just drove off, didnt even give me the change he owed me. I called back and they took my info and then gave me some guy by the name of Tommy's number to call. With all that done its 3 weeks later and no response from them or refund or anything. This seems to be a he said she said thing that will get no where. If this is how they treat a customer over a $33.00 ride then I assume their business managment skills are not that great either, shaddie! I will never use this company again when I am in the area and I would caution others as well.
