Horrific experience with them. The lot was broken into and all car keys were stolen. Spent a day of my overseas trip trying to resolve. Was promised reimbursement for key and parking fees, by many employees, even have signed document stating the same. Now refusing to refund the parking, have been sent rude, and intimidating emails by their accountant where they admit they have no money to pay me. Claim to have filed for bankruptcy in NY, but still show as active with the state. Have had to involve the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General of LA and Secretary of State in NY. Park elsewhere!
Great parking experience. We had no problems at all. Just got back from a 7 day cruise on 5/8/16. Parked here for $12 per day as compared to $18 day at the port. Garage is a little tight, but had no problem parking my full size car. Drivers loaded and unloaded our six bags. Only had to wait about 2 min to load going to the ship. Wait for shuttle was only one min when we got back in port going to parking garage. I rode elevator to my car while wife waited with bags. I stuck my parking receipt in the slot, and the gate opened. I pulled up next to bags and they loaded them for us, we gave a $1 tip per bag and were on our way. Nothing could have went smoother.
I park here at least once a week for eviction court and I'm approached by someone wanting to give me their ticket. SCAM!!! "Excuse me ma'am, would you like my ticket"? SCAM!!! This person works for the company that BOOTS your car, who works for CENTRAL PARKING... SCAM!!! Don't take the legit ticket because at the bottom it says NOT Transferable... I had to pay $115 to have the boot removed... It's a SCAM!! These people set you up so they can make more money. It's disgusting that they have gotten away with this. I see it week after week. SCAM!!! Now in order for me to post my review I have to give them a star rating in which they will get the lowest because they are they the lowest. SCAM!!!
Avoid this parking lot!They advertise $12.00/night for cruise parking, then charge $20.00.After I complained, they said they would fix it the next day. At that time, they said they would not fix it after all and I had to pay the $20.00 rate.
Horrible lot. When we entered the lot and talked to the attendant on duty we asked how much it was for over night parking the guy told us 12 dollars. The following day they told us it was 40 dollars. The whole reason why we stayed at this lot was to save money from parking at the Hyatt place hotel which back fired. Attendant was also very rude and claimed his co worker wouldnt have told us it was 12 dollars. we had 4 ppl in our car that heard him say 12 dollars to park over night. But they still refused to let us leave until we payed. Up until that point I had a beautiful time in New Orleans and I hated ending it on a bad note off being scammed from a parking lot.

About 4 p.m. Friday, New Orleans paramedics rushed inside the store for a man with a life-threatening medical issue. They worked on the patient with chest pain, put him inside the vehicle, then started to speed off. The paramedics “heard a loud noise,” and the vehicle came to a screeching halt, according to Jeb Tate, spokesman for New Orleans Emergency Medical Services. The medics stepped out and found a boot on their ambulance. Convenience store employees allegedly put a restrictive parking boot on the ambulance. And now it was stuck. The paramedics were perplexed. Tate said the ambulance had its emergency lights on the whole time. Store employees didn’t want to talk about it. They declined requests for comment. Apparently one of the employees took the boot off. The tire was left flat. And so the paramedics and the man with the emergency waited. “We actually had to delay that patient's care by calling another ambulance out here to come transport this patient,” Tate said. Signs on the convenience store make clear that parking is for customers only. The signs state: “If you leave the property for any reason your vehicle will be booted.” But the paramedics apparently were there the whole time tending to a man with chest pains. Arriving to treat a man who complained of chest pain, paramedics moved him into the ambulance and started to drive away when they "heard a loud noise" and realized their tire was booted, New Orleans EMS spokesman Jeb Tate said, according to the report. The paramedics and the patient had to wait for another ambulance to arrive before he could be transported to a hospital, the report said. Store employees declined requests for comment, according to the report. A sign on the property reads: "If you leave the property for any reason your vehicle will be booted."
