New Orleans Glass has been in the same Location on Tulane Avenue for over 40 years. They are primarily a commercial glazing contractor. They do not do any auto glass.

his place is absolutely awful. I should have read the reviews online before working with them. I needed a glass repalced and the so-called technicians broke the glass during install. The phone attendant so rude on the phone. There was no professionalism or quality work. I was told that were not able to help me correct the problem until two days later. When i asked if they could give a discount due to the major inconvenience, i was told nothing could be done because the glasses break all the time. I would never recommend my worst enemy to this company.

Awesome place. Got me in super last minute and did a wonderful job. Not the prettiest place but the work is high quality and I'd recommend to anyone. Prices can't be beat. Before and after pic, my window was punched through and my purse stolen. The replacement is perfect.

I took my girlfriend car,a Mercedes she is very picky about her car , she needed the driver side window replaced, they had to order it, but they had it the next day. After reading the reviews I though ,maybe I should take her car somewhere else, but like to support local black owned businesses in my community . So I asked for the manager and told her I was concerned Dionne assured me they would take care of it properly, and they did. There was no problem, I showed up at the time we agreed on, and I was done within the hour.Great service, courteous, fast. I would recommend them to my friend.

I believe there must be new management because the job that I received was Awsome. There prices were much lower than everyone I called and the time it took to finish the job wasent that long. Will definitely use them again

SEVERELY damaged my vehicle interior w/ the blade they used to take out window! I was promised by the general manager Leonard Johnson that he would have the damage paid for. When I asked to use another mechanic besides the one that damaged my car, I was told to "call a lawyer". PLEASE do not get ripped off by these ppl! I wasn't even offered a refund! I ended up paying a LOT more than $149 for a new window! I'm sure I won't be the only lawsuit...

If there were negative stars, I'd rate them at -5DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON YOUR CAR! You will be sorry!Yeah, they have the lowest price, but I'd have paid a few dollars extra if I had know I was hiring total dimwits. I'm kicking myself for not reading the reviews first. The results are in, and they unanimously across the board show what a poor job these people do.These people are MORONS. Seriously, the two guys who did the job must have a combined IQ in the 50's.... and I'm being generous. Save yourself a MASSIVE headache and avoid the low price trap these folks have set.

Don't waste your time or money. The "receptionist" (I use the term loosely) was extremely unprofessional as she was having a personal conversation on the phone while making customers wait. If you've ever wondered what the term "ghetto fab" meant, just check out the receptionist at the broad location. As far as the work goes, the hood of the car was slightly damaged as the windshield was being replaced. Initially they denied it but being that the car was basically brand new and in immaculate condition they recanted and offered to use touch up paint to fix. I politely refused and took it as a lesson well learned. You get what you pay for. Garbage.
