Poor service, wait was way to long, had to ask them to clean our table and they were not hospitable at all. won't go back again!!!
Horrible service and waitress management friendly
My first time visiting this location and they were so rude . Only 1 person greeted me , the cashier asked me "what you want" before I placed my order . I was over charged and was waiting 20mins before I got my food . I didn't recieve anything to eat with or syrup for my waffle. It was bad . I won't b going back
I booked a party for about 15-20 people in September with Kenneth Barnes for December 1st at 7pm. I live in Columbus Ga. I was depending on him to provide me with accurate information for me to coordinate this party. We corresponded via email and he provided me with a catering menu. He had every opportunity to provide me with all the information but obviously did not. I cancelled the catering portion on the first of november but advised i would still have 10 people coming and we would still be ordering food and drinks from the menu. He assured me that everything would be ok but still never discussed any additional charges with me. However, when i arrived in New orleans on December 1st. I went to the Wine Bistro at 7pm to find it closed. The bar tender opened the door and stated he did not have any knowledge of a party for me there and that they did not open until 9pm. He contacted the owner who advised they would work it out. They did not of course. So now i am in NOLA with 10 out of town guests and no place to host a party... they were very unprofessional and this did not turn out well. They wanted my party guests to pay a $10 cover and purchase food and drinks. The cover was never discussed by Mr. Barnes until the night of the party. My suggestion to you, if you do not want your party ruined find another place to have it. I would not recommend the use of this business, if you want to deal with proffesionals.
