I checked in for about a week (which btw is the only reason why a one was given for this rating and also, this is the minimum rating) I have been only asked once for clean towels. Every day on we asked for new towels which were NEVER given. We then ran out of soap, we also asked for soap and was never rewarded. There is a loud awaking knock for "Rent" is what they call it here but AGAIN I'm out of toilet paper! I now have to spend more money on something I paid for. We asked for a different room and he says he'll bring the things we need. No sheets were changed , the bathroom smells like Food! There is a problem with the plumbing and hey, the water takes a long time to get hot! JUST AWFUL. The bed is the size of a twin and the heater doesn't work. NO WIFI, NO TELEPHONE! I don't own a cellphone SORRY! I looked for those things. The stations i wanted to watch were not working properly. So many things wrong with this place. Waste of $350 for sure.

Beautiful historic in the business district close to French quarters. Hotel staff very pleasant. Rooftop pool loved it. Pbj and hot chocolate at ten every night in lobby. Rooms are nice sized beds comfortable. Will be back very soon.
It's amazing that this hotel still exists. Fridge doesn't work, no extra pillows, and no luggage carts. From your window you literally see an area of partially torn down hotels giving you the context for your situation. It's not just not worth the money. It makes a five star worth the price. I have come to New Orleans many times and if you're avoiding another bad part of town, a complete non existent customer service, and broken amenities, AVOID THIS HOTEL!
The guy came into our room at seven in the morning . To complain that he does not allow pets. I have a severice animal for seizures which is a big diffrence and . But the innappriateness of conning into the room and then saying we have to be out by ten and then we were told that there was WiFi here no WiFi at all and I can't get help with it either it just in our room better to spend five extra bucks for the Motel 6 down the road we will never be here wgian
Tim and Gena are the best, they made sure we were taken care of. The people need understanding about what this hotel went through and Rome wasn't built in a day. Live a little, and what do you expect paying a cheap rate
Worst experience at this location never had any issues at any Wyndham until this stay.. Ac ruined my cowboy boots , phone wasnt working at all and last night our lamp wasn't working . So many issues worst 3 night stay on top of a booking issue that I feel should have been takin care of. I will never stay at another Wyndham again .. Worst customer service was told I would get a call about the issue heard nothing I honestly have to say this is the worst customer service
Great place to stay to explore the city. My room was okay. The place is old and worn but who stays locked up in the hotel while in New Orleans?
Are you kidding me!!!! Room was dirty when we checked in, cable didn't work, thermostat didn't operate, we didn't get a miny fridge or microwave and finally we were deprived of a simple trash can! So Naturally we went to the front desk and complained. They gave us a new room and IT was dirty!!!! Used soap in the shower, long black hairs on the bed (even though it was made) and still no tv... called the front desk and they said, "Sorry there's nothing we can do about your room!" Are you joking!?!?!?!?!?!? Never in my entire life would I suggest this hotel to my work enemy!!! And my worst enemy got with my wife!!!!!!!
There was one man who helped us when we needed someone too, that man is Al Williams/Bell Captain he has been with the company for 30 years. He is amazing in what he does there. I will never forget him. He is a God sent. Thank you.
