I have been going to HP Midcity for almost 2 years now. Their classes and instructors are the best in the city. Don't be intimidated if you are new to spinning or yoga. The instructors will meet you wherever you are and be supportive. The spin bikes are state of the art and come equipped with personal computers to keep track of all of your metrics. You can also sign up to get e-mails of all of your statistics if you are interested in distance, speed, calories burned, etc. I also use their mobile app on my phone to quickly check the class schedule and sign up. I highly recommend trying out a class if you are at all curious. Bicycling Buddha class with Mark is super fun, and I really love any spin class with Brooke, Shani or Collin. Happy sweating!
